Edward Marin showed up on time. He was very nice, explained what he needed to do and came up with options. It turned out that the parts needed to repair my water heater probably wouldn't be available for another 5 to 7 days. No WAY was I going to take more cold showers, so I authorized (at 3:30PM) Edward to purchase a new one and install it. It meant he wouldn't be done until at least 5:00 or 6:00 (between draining the old one, removing it, picking up the new one and installing it). He finished, mostly alone, at about 5:40. I had hot water by 7:00!!! Edward was quite nice throughout the whole process. I would HIGHLY recommend both Monkey Wrench AND Edward specifically.

Ruben was great! He troubleshooted the problem quickly. Provided great preventative maintenance feedback. Was prompt when performing the work. Quality of work was great.

Great service, Ruben was very a knowledgeable about the issue that needed to be solve, the only flaw I had is that they were supposed to show up one day at certainly time and they didn’t because the guy was busy finishing another job ( I totally understand), but a call or message to update would’ve being appreciated before Me calling to ask what was happening with my appointment, thank you so much.

These guys are great - all of them. We had Ruben first, a year ago he replaced our tankless water heater and some other stuff and did a great job. We were most satisfied. Today we had Max for our one year service appointment and he was great, really knowledgeable, very helpful and just really enjoyable. Then we had a Joshua for our other tankless water heater. Today we had Rick Aguirre for installation of a soft water system. It was a big job and he did a great job. He went over and above. Some lines had a way to go and he trenches them. He was personable, professional and he obviously knew what he was doing.

Edward came on time, was very personable, courteous with booties and all his needed tools in his hands and backpack. This was the annual service for our Noritz tankless hot water heater. As I watched, he explained the process he was doing in the maintenance cycle. All went as intended, no glitches either before, during or after. We covered a range of topics as the approximately one-hour flushing cycle transpired, including COVID, parenting, children, professions, environment challenges, and code changes. Once the unit had finished its flushing process, it fired right up again and we had clean hot water as expected at the back of the house. All was left pristine. We had used Monkey Wrench Plumbing for the installation and will continue to call on them for future maintenance or any other issues that might require repair.
