Monkey Wrench called to confirm my appointment, then again on the day of the appointment and 20 mins before to let me know the technician was on his way.

Josh and Isidro are true professionals. We needed hot water because my tankless water heater kept breaking down. Josh came out, assessed the situation, and gave me many options as to how I could fix the problem. I completely switched out my system with a brand new one. During the time they worked, they were very patient with my curious 5 year old son and answered all his questions. I was given a run down of how everything was set up and how everything works. These guys are not only friendly, but extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I’m completely satisfied with the quality of their work and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I WISH I USED MONKEY WRENCH PLUMBING A LONG TIME AGO!

Eddie was excellent- an unexpected and unrelated problem occurred during the work and it was handled expeditiously and professionally.

He came in and checked out my leak and gave me estimates on what I was asking for.

During a bathroom remodel my tankless water heater went out and I called a few places for a quote. Monkey Wrench Plumbing was very responsive and was able to schedule a visit for an estimate right away. They called to confirm the appointment and even let me know when the plumber was on his way! That was great.

When Josh arrived he took a look at my current tankless and have me a few options and suggestions. The different quotes were promptly sent to my email for me and my family to review.

Although I went with a different company I will say that MWP was very professional, courteous and prompt. Definitely a breath of fresh air from my other plumbing experiences.

Kevin did a great got scheduling and keeping me updated on when the technician would be coming by. I like that they send a picture of the tech with the updates. Rick is a licensed technician who really knows his Noritz tankless water heaters, which is what I was having issues with. He did a good job explaining the issue and what I could do better in maintaining. My only issue was with the price, which I thought was high for using an old part that was going to be recycled in the repair. I would use Monkey Wrench for their expertise in tankless water heaters but I would not use them for general maintenance because I don’t think I can afford them for most things.

I had an excellent experience with Ruben and his team. They communicated with me well, were right on time, and we’re super friendly!
