Every employee I interacted with was fantastic; on the phone and in person. Everything happened quickly from the time of my first call to service being completed.
They kept me informed and explained everything.
Both the technician who did the estimate and the one who did the install were knowledge, explained everything to me, and were extremely kind and professional.
The company proactively communicates and uses real time technology to keep you informed about next step and exactly when to expect someone to arrive at your house.
My home is old and they were able to trouble shoot using my space well, avoiding stumps, and rerunning gas lines through fences.
I highly recommend and will use this company again.

I have been using Monkey Wrench for servicing my AC/heating unit. The company took over La Canada Air, who we used for years. Monkey Wrench kept all of the La Canada Air employees on their staff which I greatly appreciate. The guys working for them in this department are great and they are familiar with our house. They give professional, honest service.

I cannot recommend Monkey Wrench enough! What started out as a sewer line issue, became an emergency main line issue and Felix and his team were able to proactively, professionally and promptly take care of us. Not only were they able to quickly identify the issue and solve the problem, they provided great recommendations and never felt like they were upselling. Felix and Elias were even able to come back to make sure everything was OK with our irrigation system that was damaged with the main line repair.

Highly recommend Monkey Wrench for all plumbing needs. We have worked with other companies before, but Monkey Wrench way surpassed all previous experiences. Ruben was professional, efficient, thorough, clean, high tech and made some great recommendations. Rick Aguirre and Mario Ceja performed the project [removed the broken tankless water heater and replaced this with a new system] in a relatively tight closet space and in a time frame shorter than I had anticipated. Re: Tankless Maintenance
Josh Perez was our technician today who completed the tankless maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and patient about the maintenance process, explained things clearly and completed it efficiently. He also provided very useful information about some changes we can make in the future to address the hardness of water clearly explaining each option. We thank him for his work today and highly recommend him!
We also thank Mauricio for the earlier coordination over the phone.

I work for a water filter manufacturer, LifeSource Water Systems. After an installation for one of our customers there was a concern for water flow in one bathroom. After inspection we determined it necessary to have a Plumbing contractor come on and assess. We called Monkey Wrench and quickly determined, after a conversation with Amber, they were qualified to do the job for us. Henry did initial assessment and determined what needed to be done. Our customer was scheduled a few days later to perform the work needed and Henry came back with Eddie to complete the job. They were quick and efficient and handled themselves in a professional manner while at the customer's home. We would like to thank the whole team at Monkey Wrench and will use them again in the future as the need arises. Although I did not receive a call to update the appointment window (as promised) the technician Luis more than made up for it with his professional demeanor, politeness and knowledge. The appt. was over in no time and I am pleased.
