Our Monkey Wrench technician for the day, Daniel Cano, was a pleasure to have working in our home. On time, very intent on making sure to keep the work area clean and most importantly he knew exactly how to get the job done in a completely professional manner. Very polite to my wife too. This is why we would be happy to have his services in the future.

Chris, the service tech, came on time, was respectful, listened carefully when I explained the problem--a roof leak--and acted on my requests. Throughout, I was very impressed with his professionalism and focus on the job. I will return to Monkey Wrench with future issues because the quality of this tech proves he was well trained and well supervised.

Very fast service and a complete and careful installation of our tankless water heater. They were able to get the new unit and install it within one day! Super job!

Dave has been servicing my system for a number of years and I have found him to be first rate as a technician and as a friendly person.

This was my first annual maintenance check with Monkey Wrench Plumbing after they installed a new tankless water heater for me almost a year ago. They initiated contact, made scheduling easy, and sent me information on what to expect. They sent me info on the technician they were sending out, including a picture of David Garcia. He walked me through what he would be doing and how long it would take. He finished the work promptly, let me know that he was done, and provided some suggestions. There was no pressure to perform this or any other services. I’m a fan of this company.

Update 12/27/22

2nd recommended annual maintenance service for tankless water heater. Again Monkey Wrench Plumbing initiated contact to offer services and made scheduling very easy (I appreciate this because I am super lazy). Everyone there I have spoken to is very friendly and courteous and take the time to not only explain what they will be doing but then follow up on what they say they will do. Jesus Bravo showed up right on time (I stalked him through the tracking app/link they provided 😇). Honestly I’ve not done any price comparisons but these guys are worth every penny of what I consider to be fair price, just for their professionalism/communication skills alone.

Luis Munoz was prompt, informative and competent. He identified the problem and communicated clearly and often as he progressed through the repair. I felt very comfortable and confident with his expertise, and would request him again when needed.

Ruben explained what he was doing in terms that I could understand and showed me pictures of the problem. He kept me informed thru out the the entire time he was here. Every thing was cleaned up after the work was done.
