Ruben came out to a emergency sewer back up we needed to take care of right away. Ruben arrived and let us know exactly the steps he would take to resolve this issue while constantly communicating every step of the way.
In no time we were back operating normally and he cleaned up like nothing happened. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone, seamless process from booking online to the communication that followed. Thank you Monkey Wrench!

Monkey Wrench’s plumber Josh Perez did his usual excellent job servicing my tankless water heaters. I ask for him every time. So professional and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. I have always found Monkey Wrench to be a reliable and trustworthy company with first rate plumbers. Kudos to a well run company that hires great employees, courteous, helpful and attentive to details. In a world where one is often not sure what you’ll get, Monkey Wrench puts that concern to rest and gets it right and on time.

Manny did a great job. He quickly found the leak in my stove and replaced the defective part with no issues. He was in and out in 30 minutes. Very friendly, trustworthy, and I would highly recommend!

Eddie over at Monkey Wrench came by to take a look at a water pressure issue we were having at my building. He walked through, figured out the problem and had us right as rain pretty quickly. Also told me a few helpful tips for maintenance along the way, which was a gift. He was super nice and professional the whole time, made it really easy.

Ruben saved us from a very messy situation with a backed-up bathroom. He expertly diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He was also so kind to answer our general plumbing questions and gave excellent advice. We will definitely call him the next time we need plumbing help.

Luis was so professional and informative on my tankless water heater routine maintenance and I requested his help on other appliances that possibly would need repairs .
He was gracious and again informative on repairs that would need repair and possibly May need repairs but other requests I made not necessarily ( not urgent) need repair at this time. He only made suggestions.
He was wonderful and he gave me a great impression not only of him but of Monkey Wrench !

The Team at Monkey Wrench were very professional and easy to work with especially when financing the repairs that were not budgeted for this year. The Techs were on-time, clean, well kept and very knowledgeable about many plumbing/water heater questions I had.
- Our Tankless Water Heater from Nortiz was on the Fritz, and the team worked with the manufacturer to get the parts ordered and repaired/installed quickly.
- I did however notice a missing screw from the tank housing after they performed the install. Although minor, something to improve on. I had to go to the hardware store and locate a replacement screw. Came back, and found the original screw in the driveway from when the team was repairing the part. :)

David quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace and determined the parts were under warranty. Appreciate the service. Prior HVAC company completely got it wrong and failed to fix. Very knowledgeable.

My husband and I were very pleased with Enqrique;s help today. In addition to the main reason for the appointment, tankless maintenance, we asked him to fix a couple other things.
