Plumber Luis Castillo was very professional and on time during his visit to my house. He explained in detail the problems with my water heater and the cost to fix it.

Technician came over, looked at my water heater and said “Nothing he could do but replace it for $2900”. Scheduled another plumber to take a look at it. 30mins, changed the thermocouple and charged me $110.

In less time than it took for my wife to say "John when are we going to hot water again" Josh had diagnosed my Tankless issue and resolved the problem. Me 15 years as an union electrician, another 15 years as a field superintendent for large commercial general contractor and finally my last stop hopefully, a facilities manager at a University.
