    While I got off with a slow start with Bellows, my overall experience was very good. The quality of the work was excellent. The technicians have all been friendly, kind, and professional. I’m very happy with the hvac that they installed.

    After putting a deposit on new central heating, Bellows has cancelled appointments three times adding an additional week of delay each time. I hope the next install appointment happens but I expect it may be postponed like the others. My family is going without heat in the meantime. I’ll update my review if things take a turn for the better but so far they’ve been a real disappointment. Communication has been decent but follow-through has been nonexistent

    I have used Bellows over the last two years for multiple service calls and every time they have been, on time, kind and professional. They are very knowledgeable and have always answered every question I have had, which is a lot. I am continually impressed with their service.

    This time Robert and Sean came out to install a new AC unit and they somehow exceeded my already high expectations the previous employees had set. They were knowledgeable and easy to talk to and they were respectful of my wife sleeping as well as the kids and cats running around. They even helped me with an irrigation issue I was having which was not in their job description at all.

    I really appreciate every aspect of Bellows Plumbing and consider them the gold standard. The more I have had them come out to work on things at our house and the more employees I meet of theirs, I can see the quality the company provides and expects. And all of the employees seem very happy to work there! I think that speaks a lot to the way the company is run. If your employees are happy and enjoying the work they do, they will provide a good service and have a good day of presence.

    I actually just approved another job I’m going to have them do soon for my water heater. Looking forward to having them out again soon.

    They did a bate and switch.

    Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

    Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

    It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

    I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received. I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

    Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

    Very pleased with the service call received from Bellows Plumbing, Heating & Air. Technician was friendly, professional, and courteous. Cost for the inspection was very reasonable. Inspection revealed one minor need that was quickly handled by the technician. They also provided an estimate of what it would cost to replace an important part of the system. Again their bid is reasonable. Will definitely use Bellows again as needed.

    Arrived right on time, professional and personable. I had an issue with wall heater sporadically not turning on. Technician inspected the unit and showed me what he was doing as he diagnosed the issue (was likely a problem with the thermostat). Recommended replacing thermostat myself (~$30) as low-cost first step rather than immediately going with more costly repair/replacing parts. I really appreciated the honest approach and not defaulting to try to "up sell" me on more costly repairs.
