We hired Bellows to install a mini split heat and air system to our ADU unit. They used a great product and the installers had it installed in one day. They had to send someone else out to do the HERS Test but that is okay with us. Great team from the salesman who came out to quote the job to us to the installers. I'm very pleased and they were the best price out of three companies we looked into for the job.

I like this company - low key, easy to schedule, very nice and knowledgeable employees, and straight forward (no gratuitous upselling). So far they've been significantly easier to schedule than some of the other companies, they show up on time, and I'm happy with the service. Bobby did a nice job on my furnace inspection today. Will use again.

Making an appointment to install my new toilet and haul the old one away was easy. Matt was right on time and evaluated the job and gave me a bid within minutes. He explained what he was going to do and wasted no time getting it done. He was polite, clean and efficient. I am thrilled with the service and plan to use them again.

Called and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Easy and professional. Dave from Bellows came out quickly evaluated our needs, provided a reasonable quote and got to work. Very pleased with his pricing, his work, and his professionalism about segments of the work they could not perform for safety reasons.

I called and said I need a kitchen faucet installed. They scheduled the service. I asked how much it would cost. They said the service call will start at $150-250 around there. I said ok. They show up and say that it will cost $500 total and what I was quoted was just to make the service call but doesn’t include the work for installing the faucet. I don’t see why they could not have given me an estimate for the work and set my expectations correctly. I think $500 for installing a faucet that took them about 20 minutes is very expensive. But also just should have been told. On the plus side the work was done and fine job.

Erik and Alexis were an awesome team! Both were very courteous, professional and patient with our questions. They informed us at project onset of the equipment to be installed, of the sequence of the installation and walked us through each step. They also left the work area clean each day. Once the equipment was installed, they showed us the equipment and walked us through the thermostat operation.

It was invaluable that both spoke Spanish as that made it easy for my parents to understand the process and be able to ask questions.
