Robert Wolf and Mark McKay did and amazing job of replacing our hot water heater, all of our forced-air heating heating ducts and our gas furnace in less than a week. They did a great job and I highly recommend Bellows Plumbing, Heating & Air -- they are true professionals.

Trey assessed the problem in very little time, and made a simple repair to the gas valve and a malfunctiong thermostat! He rewired the thermostat, sealed up a separation in the vent, and got my heater up and running to its full potential in no time. Great company with really nice help! Thank you Trey!

The technician came to check out my furnace. Will actually I have three furnaces. They did a cleaning checking things out and we're overall very pleasant knowledgeable and I would highly use them again should anything go bad with my furnaces. They didn't try to force me into anything that I didn't need but did let me know one of the furnaces is nearing the end of its life

Drain blockage. Professional and efficient from the onset call. Window of time was honored. Text received when technician was almost at the house. Technician was professional and knowledgable. Job done efficiently. Thumbs up.

Steve was very professional and courteous. He treated my mother with the utmost respect. He also called me to give an update of the work necessary. He also explained the difference between heat/aircondition units. His years of experience shined through. I'm glad that Steve was the technician sent to my mother's home. Got the job done! The Santa Cruz Bellows team installed new furnace ducts under our house since the original ones had rusted through in places. They got it done in one day. Then the hard part began: getting a special inspector here from Santa Rosa for an independent test which was required before the County inspector could come to review & sign off for the permit. Once the Santa Rosa guy was done, it took several weeks to get the County inspector scheduled. When that happened, we had a vital medical appointment during the time window for the inspector; so Bellows had an employee come to our house to wait for the inspector to finally finish the job. Thanks, guys.

Had a new water heater put in and the crew did a fantastic job. Very professional and informative. Would absolutely use Bellows again.
