Richard was on time, courteously listened while I explained that AC problem and within 15 minutes correctly identified the problem that had eluded a service person from another company even after 3 visits. Repair was done within little more than an hour later. Thank you Richard and Christina for your timely response!

I checked Bellows reviews before contacting them and did not find any bad reviews. I called Bellows to fix my 25 year old furnace but ended up buying a new one that will fix major heating issues that we had for the last 25 years. My experience with Miguel was top notch. He was very experienced and professional. After checking the old furnace he used an iPad to show lots of options and create a contract. They are sending an engineer to create a plan before putting in the furnace. Bellows seems like a professional, well run business.

Removed old rusting water heater (circa 1996) replaced it with a new 75 gallon AO Smith. Quick, efficient, informative, notified us when the water was going to be turned off so we could be prepared. Overall excellent experience.

Wow, you never hope for things to go awry, but I am glad things did. After giving up on another local plumber and dealing with a leaking kitchen faucet for over a week, I called Bellows. The faucet the other service told me to order arrived damaged. Bellows arrived, got me a new faucet, and had it installed in an hour. What I am saying is that Bellows and Matt (the plumber) took care of something without the run around- no having me take pictures of the faucet, ordering a new one, looking for additional plumbing problems in my home- no wasting my precious time. Bellows understood my priorities and respected my needs.
