My furnace stopped working this winter so I called Bellows to assess the problem and if possible repair it. The technician did a cursory inspection and said a new part was required but never ordered it, and for that service I was charged $149. Instead they sent a salesperson to quote an entire new system.
On my own I Googled my furnace make, model, and the error code it was showing and found an online checklist of things to do. On completing the third thing in the list, all with standard house hold tools, the furnace started working again and continued to work all winter. If you need service or repair look elsewhere.

The Bellows technician was quite pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed our air conditioner in less than a couple of hours and explained all repairs to me.

Professional and on-time. Although the issue was minor (a loud sound in a pipe) it was fixed quickly although a less reputable company would have stated it was more complex to push up charges. As it was, it took him little time to fix the problem and I was only charged for the call. I am one happy customer and will exclusively use this company in future for my a/c unit repair needs. Highly recommended!

Matt from Bellows plumbing was on time, honest, straight forward. He gave us an estimate and completed the work on schedule and on budget. He also kept the place clean and explain to us what the problem was, what he fixed and what we could do to prevent further problems. The technician/plumber that they sent over to me Jose Rivas was very professional and very informative. He did a great job fixing my problem with my toilets. He also did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and also let me know some ways to prevent this issue from happening again. I appreciate the excellent communication Bellows provided. Great office staff, appointments all confirmed beforehand and on day of service via text and emails. Kenta, the technician was on time, polite, professional, intelligent, and explained perfectly what his diagnosis discovered and what was wrong with our AC, and the recommended repairs. I'm in the construction and facilities business, so I have the professional experience to say with confidence he knows his technology and trade. In my opinion, the charges were reasonable. Would use Bellows again.

Bellows is a fantastic company. Robert was friendly, easy to talk to, and provided a detailed quote. We had several quotes and Bellows was by far the best with brand recognition and a great reputation. We had them replace a 20 y/o hot water heater. Their team was so easy to work with during COVID. Jose and Tyler were professional, fast, and thorough. Lisa is exceptional and will answer any questions or provide follow up along the way.
