Did a great job! Installed mini-splits in our Eichler. Very professional and went through all the pipe placements beforehand. Threw them for a loop when we decided we didn't like the style of the in-house units - they worked with us to swap them out. It wasn't free, but they did give us a discount. Plus, the system works great!

UPDATE: The unit needed to be moved and unfortunately the technician drove a screw into a water pipe in our wall. Didn't notice the leak for a couple of months since at first it was leaking into through the exterior wall into a plant bed on the side of the house. Finally noticed it when water pooled into our garage. Had the interior wall opened up, trimmed the screw and the pipe repaired. Tech should check where they drill. Otherwise, installed unit is still satisfactory.

This company seems to be the best and attract the best. They installed my air conditioning, which I'd never had before and a new furnace two years ago. Everything the two young men did was great. They arrived on time, worked the whole time they were here, picked up and cleaned up as they went and were just fun guys to have here. Today another of their service people was here to check out what I perceived as a possible problem in the making. Kenta did a thorough check and found all to be in good shape. Yes, I will definitely call them again when and if the need arises.

We’ve relied on Bellows on many occasions to help with plumbing and heating issues in our home. These guys are hands-down the best out there - quick turn-around on communications, prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and always willing to provide the best and most cost effective solutions to the issues. Bellows quality of work and pricing was superb. They took responsibility for anything they got wrong (which was very little) and the crew was extremely professional. Remarkably professional and timely service of our water heaters. When I called to schedule an appointment it was on a Sunday so I left a message and they called me back within 5 minutes. They texted me the day before with a reminder. They texted me the day of service when the technician was on his way and they included his picture. He wore a mask and plastic booties over his shoes. He completed the annual service of our water heaters and inspected all of the water fixtures in our house in an hour. He provided an email with a summary of the service. Very impressed!

Contract with Bellows through Costco. Had an excellent experience! The installation technicians, Spencer and Peter were excellent. They put drop clothes down from the front door to the furnace. When they needed to go to other rooms, they wore shoe covers. The installation looks great and then they explained how to operate our new furnace. Bellows was great!

They were very helpful on the first visit. Our company will be having them come out next week to finish the job. Thank you so far!!
