Excellent service, called at 10 AM after the heat had gone out the night before, was back up and running by 2pm same day. Tech was knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly and had parts on hand.

After a rough start (incorrect diagnosis) and delay, they sent out Mirko who was an AWESOME tech and provided great assistance. After diagnosing the problem, the only solution was a new furnace which they were able to schedule for the next morning. Awesome.

The job is not done yet. But Atlas wanted to get full payment. After Atlas received the full payment, Atlas doesn't come back to finish the work as stated on the contract
