Atlas Trillo is my family's go to and has been for many years. They are quick, professional, and very communicative about what needs to be done and what you should expect to spend. In particular I'd like to shout out Ryan (Tech), Stephen (Sales), plus Rigo and Hector for excellent service. They've been instrumental in keeping our gas heater appliances safe and effective!

Installation:

Our project was to replace our old HVAC system with a new system of the exact same brand and size. However, the entire installation process was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. We had to make countless calls, and three different groups of technicians had to come out a total of six times to complete the easy swop.

The first group of technicians came three times to replace the outside unit and remove parts of the inside unit. However, they left the disconnected outside unit sitting aside for weeks, and parts of the inside unit were left in the attic without being properly taken care of.

The second group of technicians came once to remove more parts of the inside unit and install the new unit. However, they left it without making any connections. When I asked about the filter, they informed me that it was not included in the project and that I needed to contact the office separately for a quote. They didn't even mention that the new system came with a new electronic filter system. Additionally, they mishandled the trim in the entrance of the attic and showed no willingness to rectify the situation.

Finally, the third group of technicians came twice to complete the remaining work. They connected everything, installed the control panel, and walked us through the entire system. They also took the time to clean up any leftover mess. The lead technician, Hector, was patient and professional, and I couldn't help but wish that he had been sent in the first place.

Communication:

The communication throughout this process couldn't have been worse. Every time I called the office with questions or left important messages, I was told that they would call me back. However, they rarely followed through on this promise, except when it was time to collect payment. For instance, I left a message reminding them to bring a draining pan for the installation, but the next day, the technician arrived without the necessary equipment and had to wait for hours.

There was also a lack of coordination in terms of scheduling. The technicians told me that they would return with additional workers on Friday, so I called the office on Thursday to confirm. To my dismay, they had no knowledge of such a plan.

In the end, even though the installation was eventually completed, the entire process was discouraging, time-consuming, and required us to constantly coordinate our work hours due to their incompetence.

The numerous issues we encountered, from the multiple visits and lack of proper installation to the poor communication and coordination, have left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope that the company takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their services for future customers.

We are still waiting for hers test and city inspection, will update this review based on the result.

Danny was supper. He was very nice, he knew what he was doing. Professional, knowledgeable and honest. I was lucky to have him to come to inspect my house heater because it was stopped working for some reason. Danny found down what happens and reconnect in a minute. Thank you Danny and thanks a lot to Allas Trillo have sent a honestly technician to help me to fix our house heater .

Our furnace failed and I called for a service. The tech showed up the next morning. He was helpful and professional and explained exactly what he was doing as he diagnosed the fault. In about 20 min he'd determined that the control board was faulty. So far, an A+ experience.

Then, I asked for en estimate as the board looked like it was a part that should cost a couple hundred bucks. He said he could come out the next morning to do the repair at a cost of about $2,000!!!!! Then he tried to upsell me to a new furnace at $8k installed!

Since I was without heat I agreed to the repair, not replace. But something seemed off. I found the control board locally, in stock for $320 including tax. Bought it, and I switched it out. All better.

The $145 site visit charge for diagnostics was good value. If they'd shown me a realistic parts cost, even with some markup, and a decent labor rate I would have paid happily. It took me less than 30 min to make the repair, as a decent handyman, but no HVAC professional. A quote of $750-$1000 and I'd have happily paid. But the rip-off mark up, and the upsell push to furnace replacement, with no talk of options, upgrading to heat pump, efficiency subsidies or anything, really left a bad taste.

If one needs fist troubleshooting, this company is fine. If you actually need a repair, take your money elsewhere.

The overall response by Atlas Trillo was wonderful. The initial diagnosis of the problem was accurate and very well explained.
We had all the ducting replaced and a new thermostat installed. Hector and Rigo did a great job. They were on time, extremely considerate of our home and explained what they were doing as they went along.
We would certainly recommend this company again, although I hope we do not need HVAC service again very soon.

I had my furnace blower upgraded with an high efficient electric filter and Belsin, our installer completed the job, explained the equipment and how to use it, cleaned the area before installing and tested the system. He was very professional and hopefully we get him again if we get another issue.

Hector and his team replaced my furnace and AC unit as my furnace stopped working. A technician determined that it was the circuit board that had failed. He could repair the problem but I decided to replace the 30-year old system. Hector and his team arrived on time and completed the job as scheduled. Hector explained how the new system worked and the follow-on inspections that would be conducted. The team was professional and left my place cleaner than when they arrived. They took all scrap material with them and I am happy with my new furnace.
