I called on a Saturday morning, not expecting anyone to be able to come out, but they were able to schedule a technician for later in the day. Danny arrived and was very polite and friendly. As he worked to diagnose the furnace problem, he gave me lots of information about the inner workings so that I could understand what was going on. It turned out that I needed a new fan motor. The OEM one was pretty expensive, so I asked about a generic one, and that was cheaper and easier to get. Then the bad news: Danny said he had 2 major jobs coming up on Monday and Tuesday, so he would try to come install the new motor early in the week but couldn't promise. However, then came the good news! Danny was able to find the correct motor in the shop, and since he had two other jobs nearby, he decided he should swing by again and fix the furnace right then. I got the call at 4:45 from the dispatcher saying that he was coming to fix it, and he was all done and on his way by 5:45! So we got a same-day repair on a Saturday! I am very pleased with my experience with Atlas Trillo.

The company is not reliable. They forced you to buy the most expensive AC/Heating unit. They installed the unit without city permits and not according to the required standards. They are not returning phone calls and not even trying to make the things write. Please, do not work with this company or at lest do not pay them unless you’re certain that all work permits are in order.

Although it's old unit but running smoothly until PG&E said the yellow frame needs to change to blue by repair cleaning the pilot tube.
But Gilbert refused it because he wants us to replace it and charging $4300 for new unit .
It's irresponsible technique to deal with the simple clean issue.
I had talked to many people in your company that I want to repair it.
Waste of time to deal with your company.

DO NOT USE THEM! SATISFACTION IS NOT GUARANTEED! Corporate office doesnt do anything. Home Depot referred ARS for AC installation. Unfortunately, we were naive and believed what the ARS Salesman Sam stated and signed a contract. Post installation we find out that Sam's statements were not accurate and truthful information. When called out on his false information he was unprofessional and rude. General Manger Justin unresponsive - it took over 4 weeks to get a call from him. ARS receptionist Bonnie kept saying he was out. ARS Quality Manager Marissa also rude and only cares to close out permits. The ARS "exceptional service guarantee" is BS - they don't take responsibility and blame Home Depot and vice versa. Overall the General Manger Justin, Quality Manager Marissa, and Home Depot Liaison Angela Roche are not professional or tactful for being in management. It took ARS 4 inspections to pass. The technicians are underpaid but great - ask for an ITEMIZED bill! ARS refused to provide one to us when asked multiple times. We had a couple other consults after since ARS and home depot will no longer help us and the other HVAC companies stated it was a sloppy install (black coil wrap could be hidden and not such an eye sore and the unit should have been on the roof! Sadly all the ARS techs first ask why is it here and not on the rood…because SAM LIED AND SAID IT COULDN’T GO ON THE ROOF!). See pictures. USE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR A MORE PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANER INSTALL THAT WILL GIVE BETTER OPTIONS.

A new heating system and AC was installed. It is working. However, the installation failed the inspections, because of some leaks that need to be fixed. The fix is scheduled. There is a serious issue of coordination among the sales, installation technicians, customer services and Home Depot where the appliances were bought. The installation was in mid September, 2022, but there are still remaining issues like the leaks, a filter to be supplied, further inspection by a third party (HERS), the final inspection by the City and then the rebate. Today is Jan 3, 2023. Most of the people involved in the project had positive attitudes and tried to resolve the issues. I am giving my experience a 3 Stars now, and I might modify the rating later pending on the final completion.

Danny Vo, the technician, saw the problem right away and replaced it. He mentioned that our furnace is really old and advised us to have it replaced, but he didn’t push us to have it done right away. He just mentioned that our furnace may not last longer than we expect. He was very polite and explained the problem.. I would recommend him to anyone..

I had a major drain clog. Ignacio took the time to make sure it was done right and offered some suggestions on things I should do without being pushy. He cleaned up the work area nicely and was very pleasant to interact with.
