Next HVAC and Appliance repair

He was my technician today and he was absolutely wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, knowledgeable, and overall genuine person to come out to help us when we've been sweltering in the heat without ac for a week. He made sure to explain everything in layman's terms so I could actually understand, was very thorough and answered questions we had. He also was so kind and even spoke with me about my flowers for a bit! Sometimes having someone you don't know come do work in your house is daunting but really made it feel like I'd known him forever. Couldn't recommend this company personally more. Very happy we chose this company over the others!

Excellent service!!! Each time we have an appointment, they call ahead of arriving and send us a text with the technician's photo so we know who's showing up. Excellent all the way around.

The crew were able to come out and do the estimate and even dropped of tge portable AC unit for us to use until our unit was installed. Such a great guesture. Highly recommendable company in town. 😊

Next replied to my inquiry immediately and courteously and scheduled an appointment next day, even though it fell on Thanksgiving. They communicated clearly by text prior to the appointment. The terrific tech, Alex, arrived to diagnose my broken dishwasher on time. He was professional, insightful and spent two hours investigating every angle of the problem. As we wait for replacement parts, stay tuned for updates. So far all was impeccable and the pricing - very reasonable.
