Next HVAC and Appliance repair

I contacted this company to get some preliminary estimates and info about replacing or repairing the very old wall units in my apartment. The owner was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and a very clear communicator! Unfortunately I found my building management has a different vendor I may need to use but I would definitely consider hiring Top HVAC!

We had an emergency last night and located their company through a google search. Our AC was back up and running in 30 minutes thanks to their crew, who arrived on the scene and immediately recognized the problem. When our air conditioner was serviced a month ago, our regular service provider should have seen the problem. They were genuinely kind and kind. All additional services with this company will be accepted going forward. Thanks!🥰

We had several burners on our stove that were clicking or not lighting at all as well as a microwave that stopped working. Next service repair person Rayan came to diagnose the problems and we got a quote. Took a bit of time to get an appt but he came and repaired all burners so they are working again and he also repaired the control board of the microwave. We didn't test it fully and it turned out that there was another small problem that he came back to repair today. All in all, excellent service and MUCH cheaper than buying new built in microwave of the same caliber as our current one, which is, granted, old, but it still works now that some parts have been replaced and adjusted. Thank you!

I had an issue with my thermostat not working. Next HVAC came out to do a diagnostic session and concluded that the thermostat had failed likely due to incorrect wiring. They then scheduled a follow up visit to come resolve the problem. My issue is that there was enough information after the first diagnostic to say the thermostat is broken, here is how it should be wired. Instead, they unhooked both the thermostat and the heater making it very difficult for me to finish the job without a follow up visit. It would have been very easy to use a working thermostat from another room or one of the thermostats the technician brought (and tried to sell me) to correctly rewire the setup and leave me in a position to finish the job myself. The technician did seem a little apologetic that the only problem was just a burned thermostat, but they charged me the full $200 for the visit anyway.

Rayan was great! Showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then got right to work fixing the freezer. He was done in less than 90 minutes!

Estimate was fast and easy. Team was responsive and completed the job only a few days after the initial estimate. 100% will hire again.

Air conditioning unit died. It needed a new condenser hose. Cost would have been almost as much as a new unit and the unit was quite old. They made a very reasonable bid for a new unit with labor, install and all. Within 3 days, a new unit was installed, tested and working before the next heat wave by two very polite, professional men. With my 94 year old mother-in-law living with us now, this is fantastic! I can't thank you enough.

He did impeccable work installing our new furnace. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and left the space cleaner than they found it! They certainly live up to the high standards of their business.

It was the Hottest day of the year when my AC Broke I must of called 20 or more companies to have it serviced but they all said they would be over a week before they could get to my unit. The guys at this company were able to come out almost immediately and had my service up and running so fast I almost forgot it had been broken. They were prompt, clean and professional! They did a great job with instillation in our old home, and even made it a point to maximize the closet space when planning the duct work. Would highly recommend!
