These men installed my new Carrier system both indoors and outdoors, and they did a fantastic job while being really professional. Since the price was so reasonable, it was the delivery in the transaction that made me return to their quotation. They seemed true and open with me about everything, in my opinion. Great guys! My freezer died over the weekend. I called on Saturday and got an appointment on Monday am. Repairman was on time, responsive on text and very professional. He ran several diagnostics but when nothing turned up, he went back for pressure tester which showed my Fridge had a leak. The team went over my options, reviewed prices and pros/cons for each. They were honest, didn’t try to upsell at all. I went with the cheaper option which they also gave a 3 month warranty for. Overall very pleased, freezer is working again and would highly recommend!

This is an honest, reputable company. There was an initial problem with making my appointment. Within 24 hours, the owner of the company called me to explain the circumstances, take responsibility, apologize, and offer me a discount. I understand that problems happen, sometimes beyond our control, and how this company dealt with it shows that they live their values. He dispatched the next available technician who arrived within 90 minutes. Our technician, was wonderful. He was professional and even put on booties and a floor covering to make sure our floor stayed clean. He was extremely thorough and explained everything. Although he did not have the part we needed, he found a solution so we had our heat restored and will be back to finalize our repair once the part is ordered.

Awesome! AC had been acting up a few months ago and we thought we cleared the clog in the condensation lines. Finally stopped working. I thought that we would have to wait until at least the next day or a few days for an appointment, but that was a pleasant surprise! I called to leave a message and actually got a call back at 7:45pm. Technician arrived promptly at 8:45pm as expected. He quickly diagnosed a significant clog and cleared it up. Very pleasant and professional! Extremely happy with the service!! Thanks guys!

My furnace sounded wired like a jet engine. So I called many techs, and they asked me for the tools that they could use to repair my furnace. Like seriously. But lately, I called this company for furnace repairment. I let him repair himself. he called me after 20 minutes updating me that the problem was being diagnosed and he fixed the issue. he charged me for just the service call. as compared to other company's tech who suggested me to buy a new motor not even checking the issue. thanks to this company who not only saved my money but also charged fairly with zero extra charges. thanks for saving the day!

The guys did a great job setting up and starting our air conditioning quickly. They put the needs of the client first. I'm quite pleased with their service. We are quite grateful for how quickly it was resolved.

We had a connective issue with a control knob on our stove. NEXT HVAC sent over John who arrived promptly at the time they’d said to bee here. He quickly diagnosed the problem & within less than 45 minutes repaired our situation. John was both polite & professional at his job, obviously taking pride in his skills. Should you have any appliance problems, call NEXT HVAC definitely ask for John!

They installed a new oil furnace in our home recently. The technician removed the old boiler and water heater and installed new pipes as well. His team was quick and efficient. The work was very high quality and he gave us a very fair price. He didn’t try and sell us something we didn’t need. We highly recommend them.

Amazing experience thus far. Heat pump from a 15-year-old R22 Carrier model had to be replaced. I was concerned that the new lines coming up the back of the home would appear strange. To make the lines appear like a gutter, they added a cover (see picture). Quite cool! The installers were exceedingly kind and competent. Definitely suggest using this company.

I have only positive things to say about this company's staff. You can count on this organization for quick response times, transparent, affordable pricing, and top-notch service and installation expertise.
