A family business competent and capable. Installed new ac and furnace at a competitive price and and reminded me of how business was once done. A hand shake, craftsmanship and commitment to me as a customer. Their crew were very professional and clean. Spread the word, a great family business still exists with people who stand behind their work and charge fair prices.

The owner installed my new a/c unit, he worked with me for the estimate. They were very friendly and professional. They were prompt and worked efficiently to get everything done by the afternoon. Everything is working great! Excellent work! Would definitely recommend.

My GE refrigerator has a problem with not keeping cold in normal temperature. Because of purchase it was long time ago, it passed the GE warranty cover. So, I search from Yelp then found NEXT HVAC. I choose them because there are more than 100 review with 5 star rating. Technician, Ryan M, he's very polite and professional, arriving in time. Finally, my refrigerator got fix with a reasonable cost. I highly recommend NEXT.

They had the added challenge of trying to get the rigid ductwork run through bays above a ceiling that was sheet rocked. They were able to cut 4 small squares in the sheetrock and get the ducts installed without having to run them exposed on the sheet rocked ceiling. They stopped only for a quick lunch in their truck and were very accurate in their measurements and cutting. Cleaned up everything when they were done and were very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them. They also kept me informed about a delay to our scheduled start time since they had an emergency service call they had to deal with.

Definitely suggest these folks! The team always responds immediately, is highly competent, and is truly motivated to solving any problems with the HVAC system. I contacted them right away on a Sunday morning, and they responded quickly, professionally, and properly. I am THANKFUL, especially given the ""environment"" in which we live, when all service providers are understaffed, overburdened, and overworked. I appreciate the employees and this company!

I called this company regarding repairing my leaking washing machine. They did come promptly, but misdiagnosed what was wrong, and advised us that we just needed to replace the hoses, which we did on our own. However, the washer continued to leak, and it took a few weeks for them to have the part ordered and to have them come back out to fix my machine. It’s been at least two weeks and there are no leaks, which is great.

He came to assess my home for retro fitting some heat pumps. He told me what was feasible and what wasn’t. He was very honest with his advice. The installation was done and and 2 other installers, the pay did a fantastic job. They were punctual, informative, courteous and skilled. The installation was tricky and required to work in a cramped space. He takes pride in his work and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. A big thanks to Next HVAC and Appliance repair.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They both were great along with their team installing a new central air unit in my home. They did an amazing job! Everything was done perfect, organized, and neat, no mess!!

The tech arrived on time within an hour to fix the damaged sump pump. The work was done quickly, and smoothly and the debris was also removed. They did a great job. We appriciate their plumbing's help in resuing our basement.
