Magic Plumbing is my go-to company. They always try to send a technician asap, notify me when they are en route, explain what is needed and do a professional job. Today, Chris Leiva successfully cleared a clogged drain for me today. I always appreciate their professionalism and good work to resolve my issues. Thank you!

The technician was prompt and courteous. He had all the supplies he needed with him to complete the job which meant noleaving to return to truck. Cleaned up completely after the job.

Plumbing and HVAC firms in San Francisco are surprisingly - and annoying - unreliable. Magic Plumbing is an exception. They are by far the most professional firm I have encountered. They follow up on requests, arrive on time and get the job done. Bravo to Jessica, David and Patrick for their professionalism.

Magic Plumbing customer service representative was very professional, and accommodated our need by sending Ryan within one hour. It took Magic Plumbing 2 hours from first call to fully functioning toilet. Adam Goldman was incredibly friendly and professional. Knew what was wrong right away, found the right parts, and fixed our issue.

We were having problems with our sump pump and Jeremy is an expert on sump pumps. He got it working again and we are going to use him to replace our aging sump pump soon.

David was here before he said he would be..He is a nice young man and has a good attitude about the work.He was honest with his
evaluation of our heating problem and after examining the situation
explained he would be unable to complete the work. He also said I
should get ahold of Pablo at Magic Plumbing to discuss getting a
competent HYDROPONIC HEATING company to examine the
situation and do the work. i will be contacting Pablo consequently
to follow through on David’s assesment.

Alberto Alegria did very professional and courteous work on replacing multiple devices, including new water heater and new furnace in my SF house. He was very creative in replacing a door knob that prevented closet door closing. He stayed with the project until all issues were resolved. Thx Magic and Alberto, Bill Maxey

Showed up 15 minutes past the 2 hour window.

Took apart my furnace and installed a part without telling me how much it was going to be. Told me he was done and wrote me a bill for $500. Part cost $60 at home depot - so $400+ dollars for 15 minutes of labor.
