I called Monday morning after more rain when I found that the French drain by our basement side door was backed up and water was seeking into our basement. They efficiently scheduled an appointment, came and cleared it up that afternoon!

Dennis, David, and team were great. They spent time understanding the need, making suggestions for how best to approach in an affordable way. They'd need they wouldn't be the least expensive quote, and they weren't (we saw 4 HVAC and plumbing groups, Magic was in the middle for what we needed), but we felt comfortable with them and their expertise, and weren't disappointed.
They'll be our plumber and HVAC go-to for as long as we're in the city.

They were prompt and professional and able to complete the installation on the same day as initial inspection. I would recommend them and Marcus in particular.

You guys did a great job today, but let see how long it's gonna last .

I called and spoke to Jessica and Mia; both were very pleasant and very professional.
Dino arrived on time. He was so nice!! He was professional; explained what the problem was and gave me an estimate. He wore covers on his shoes, wore a mask and cleaned up after himself.
My dog even liked him; she’s very skittish.
