Magic Plumbing

I love Magic Plumbing, I have used them several times over the years. Today I was fortunate to have Alberto do my repairs. He was right on time and finished faster than I expected! Very efficient, courteous and thorough, another reason to always call on Magic for any plumbing needs!

Our plumber was very kind, respectful, and did a great job clearing the shower drain and giving us advice for the future!

Dennis was extremely professional and performed the work on my furnace quickly. I had initially called two different companies and each person that came out could not figure out what was wrong with my 65 year-old furnace. When I called Magic Plumbing, I literally stated I needed someone that was experienced in working on old San Francisco homes as we had zero heat. They said they had someone who was experienced and Dennis came out to my home. He immediately took a look at the heater and figured out what was wrong in less than ten minutes! He told me what part what was needed to fix it and gave me a honest estimate of the time it’ll take to receive the part. I’m very happy with his work and his professionalism. I now have an upgraded heater system that no longer needs a pilot light to turn on. It’s working perfectly! Thanks Dennis and the professional staff at Magic Plumbing for all your hard work!

Dino, our technician, was prompt, arriving earlier than expected. He was personable and friendly, and walked me through what he was doing, making me aware of what needed to be done and why. Bernardino Merino was great! He installed the garbage disposal professionally and efficiently. Magic Plumbing is lucky to have him on their staff. I know he does not set the prices but the only negative feedback was that the install was $294 for about a hour's worth of work. This felt a bit steep to me. He gave me the amount before he began the work and I could have said "No". I agreed to the amount and he proceeded. Thanks again...I think he does by... "Dino". -Ed
