We had an mini split installed in our condo. They handled the installation superb overall. The communication was excellent and they had a technician (Anthony) came out 6 months later to service the units. He was professional and courteous. I like the predictability of Carini and their willingness to stand behind their work. If they continue this level of customer service, they have us as customers for life!

My system is now working well. Was a challenge because installers were not able to go over, in detail, how to operate my New system; they handed me the manuals. Due to the impact of covid and omicron they were short qualified Technician staff with wait time for parts, as well. Current office and Tech staff have been in good contact throughout my warranty repair & check.

I previously had heating and air conditioning installed by Carini heating and air. They got the job done! Everything was done professionally, finished in 3 days. The repair guy made most of the repairs in the drywall they had to cut and drill through in order to install it. I shopped around and got the best deal around. Thanks guys!

From my initial phone contact to the service technician that came to my house to make the repair, everyone I dealt with at Carini was very friendly and I could tell they cared about me and my needs. Carlos the service technician arrived on time as promised, kept me informed of what he found and the repairs needed, and completed the work quickly. We had Carini install our new heating and air system about 3 years ago. It is a great system and their service has always been professional and friendly. The valve going to the water heater was leaking. I messaged the company the agent responding was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to fit me in sooner than expected. The tech that arrived was professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Highly recommend the company and their staff.

Carini Heating, Air and Plumbing is a fantastic company! Jason did the estimate which included everything and was reasonably priced. He was very professional and guided me through what I needed for my home. The work was done in one day and works like a dream. It included a year of service. Carlos was super friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job on a service visit. He explained everything about the service too! I love my Carini mini split ductless system, it keeps me comfortably cool in summer a d warm in winter. I highly recommend Carini!

Carlos was fantastic to work with. I called for a second opinion on a heater problem and was thinking my system was completely fried. I was stressed out and he came in with his calming nature and was able to walk me through the situation and was actually able to fix my system on the spot! He is my absolute hero and I cannot thank him enough!!
