My experience with Carini was excellent! Max was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and communicative from the outset. He responded promptly with a quote after our initial consultation for installing a four-zone mini-split system and didn't bug me to approve while I got other quotes. When we approved the quote, our service was scheduled promptly and completed on-time. Any questions I had were answered along the way and the installation crew did a wonderful job of getting my feedback on installation locations and other minor decisions that needed to be made while the installation was ongoing.

We called Carini Heating & Air to quote on installation of a HVAC system in our 80 year old home that had no existing ductwork. The project was technically very challenging (almost impossible) since our home has very limited attic space for the ductwork. Anthony came out and, not wanting to disappoint, spent several hours working on a design that would be feasible for our limited attic space. A prime concern for us was having a discreet system that did not detract from the historic nature of our home, and Anthony was very receptive to this. We ultimately decided on a ducted system in the living spaces, and low profile (recessed into the ceiling) mini splits in each of the bedrooms. Conner and his apprentice, Christian, were amazing and worked really hard on a very difficult install. We were really impressed by the quality of their work and their willingness to involve us at every stage of the project. Conner and Christian let us know when they were coming every morning, and showed up with a smile every day even though this was one of the worst attics they have ever had to work in. They were both very courteous and took great care to minimize any disruption during the work; they also took the time to clean up after every day. They even worked really late on a Friday night to make sure that we could have some heating over a cold weekend. From the time Anthony spent designing the system, to the professionalism of the install team, we believe that Carini Heating & Air went above and beyond to complete a project that other companies would have simply turned away. We highly recommend Carini Heating & Air!

Had problem with canned lighting system. The system was repaired and upgraded to a better system at a reasonable cost. The technician went to Home Depot to get the new canned lights and installed them quickly. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I would use this service again.

Great experience with Carini Heating and Air, Carlos Esquivel was the technician who worked on my system. His friendliness and professionalism was above and beyond. He even helped me add a passcode to my Nest thermostat. Extremely happy with this company and the people who work for them.

The customer service was exceptional! Always one of the most important aspects when making a big purchase requiring a lot of install. Anthony our rep was amazing from beginning to end, very patient, honest and accommodating. He was always on time and followed through on his promises. The installers were on time, polite, efficient and clean. Compared to other companies I found Carini to be on the lower end of the cost scale, but their materials, service and support are on the high end!

I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars after Mr. Carini called me directly to address my concern. In short, a mistake was made in the diagnosis of the water heater's issue, which lead to an overpriced quote and my 1 star review. We all make mistakes, and the effort Carini Plumbing made to make things whole reflects excellent business practice. I do appreciate Mr. Carini's sincere effort to run a trustworthy business that continually improves on their quality of service, and ensures that customers are satisfied.

Just received incredible, top-notch service from Carlos! We've had Carini create and work our HVAC+ for the last few years and I cannot say enough good things about them. Quality products and equipment that lasts, and their customer service is fantastic. Every one is so kind and respectful.

Big shout out to Carlos coming in and fixing our AC today. Not only did he fix it smoothly, he kindly explained to me what was going on and what steps I can take in the future.
