This company has terrible drivers . They moved to an ending lane to get ahead then cut me off almost causing an accident ! Safety should be a big concern for companies and their employees driving crazy and endangering people should be addressed. If they are more worried about getting places fast than they are about safety that tells me all I need to know about how they do business!

Had an interview to work for them...I showed up 10 mins early...they sat me in a conference room 45 mins later no one came to talk to me...a complete waste of time...so I walked out...while I was in there I heard them talking ab their employees and one person said stop emailing ab it and get it fn done!...I was a lil apprehensive before going in because of some of the reviews I read but after witnessing it myself first hand...stay away from this company if your a customer or potential employee very unprofessional

I've got a water source heat pump HVAC unit in my small business. Had maintenance, repair and servicing all done previously by "Stay Cool Mechanical Air" who were excellent. National Air and Energy bought "Stay Cool". Then sent a service tech to my business, Joe, who was completely unsatisfactory and an hour and a half late. This was the first visit of a brand new annual service contract. Joe did none of what was promised as part of the servicing agreement and left with the unit still not operating properly. I called to complain, and Mono in their Servicing Department cancelled my contract. I wouldn't call this company if you have a Water-Source Heat Pump unit. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO REPAIR OR MAINTAIN. I, personally, will not let these A-holes in my door again.

Today while replacing an AC unit at my property in Mission Valley, the tech verbally and physically assaulted me. He jumped my patio wall and attacked me. The police were called and he was arrested. Why this company employees people like this is beyond me. Violent offenders need to fired and locked up. I have contact channel 10 news HGTV to run this story. As I will every news station in this city. He messed with the wrong tenant here. I have a broke blood vessel in my eye and bruises on my back and shoulders. Not to mention the damaged property by this punk employee. It was all caught with audio files from my front door camera. They have been sent to the police and news media. Lets see what National has to say now about this assault and battery now. We will not stand for this. Justice will happen.

As a long time retailer I realize the difficulty in finding a trusted air conditioning company that can work on commercial air conditioning system or HVAC's. Located inside a mall, the list to choose is even smaller due to the need to carry a very high insurance premium.
To my experience there are far too many hacks and amateurs in this field which comes from years of expensive experience. . . Don't settle for the lowest bidder, since many times you will pay for a lousy and unproductive experience.
This place was recommended to us by the mall office.
First time they came out, the system worked for two days and stopped again.
It took weeks for them to come out again. And again it stopped after a day.
Third time out the compressor completely grounded out and they told me I needed a new $5,000 system.
They don't know what they are doing and I'm in the hole for $1,000 with nothing to show for it.
Use these dopes if you want them to eat your lunch.

Very responsive and on time. The quote was much cheaper than the competition, the cord was provided in a timely manner as promised. This was to replace shaft, blowers and bearings on a cooling tower.

I wouldnt hire anyone that is this inconsiderate.

Bad experience with the employee. Did terrible work. Left a mess. Will file a complaint with BBB. Rep damaged property
