I had Carini out to repair a vintage toilet that we have had problems with for years. It was a bit tricky but they were willing to send the guy out more than once to make sure it was 100% fixed. A few years ago we needed an urgent HVAC repair at a downtown condo during a heat wave and Carini was extremely fast and efficient getting it done. I will definitely continue to call them.

My original system was so old, that current state laws made a straight up replacement impossible. Carini helped to figure out what could be done easily and within a budget to meet the new efficiency standards. That included adding a return duct to increase overall airflow. The recommended size vent,
however, would require ordering a special size filter. Carini swapped out the return vent for a slightly larger one at no cost allowing me to just buy filters off the shelf at home depot. I really appreciated their willingness to make that change at no cost to me since it will make proper maintenance so much easier.

I had a quote within a day and two days later they came for the install! In mid summer, that’s super fast! They were professional and stayed that way despite 100 degree heat! They even worked out a way to help me collect condensation water in my rain barrel! Can’t ask for better service!

I knew Carini used the best products because I researched it before calling them. What I didn’t expect was how friendly and transparent they would be. Like most such home improvement service companies nowadays, I was expecting a very annoying and aggressive sales pitch. What we got was the exact opposite. Anthony was so polite and plain speaking throughout the entire process. He worked with us to reschedule the installation several times when personal tragedy struck us and was both sympathetic and appropriate the entire time. Connor and Wyatt did such an excellent job of installing the two very sleek looking units and left the place completely spotless. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. I called Carini for a plumbing emergency and they were so great, sent someone out faster than any other company I called and saved the day! They communicate via email, phone, and text which made it easy for me to coordinate. I was out of the country when this pluming emergency happened and were great in coordinating with my friend who came to help. They took my payment over the phone and just made everything so easy.

Always top notch. CARINI is the only shop I am comfortable with in my house. And, their commercials don’t make me want to stab my eardrums with a dull knife

Carini did a 5 Star job all around! I met with Carlos to do regular AC maintenance and an inspection of my attic air ducts per my request. I knew my air ducts were 30 years old and needed replacing, but I was nervous about the cost. Carlos explained everything so well and wrote up several options for me. There was no hard sell at all. He spent as much time as I needed going over the process with me.
When it came to the day of installation, Carlos came with the installers to introduce them to me and get things started. That was really nice.
Joe and Josh were an amazing team for all the work I had done.
They were professional, personable and timely.
They made sure to explain everything they were doing which made me feel comfortable. They left my home in pristine condition at the end of each day which was greatly appreciated.

I love my Carini mini splits, but after over a year it seemed my air flow wasn’t as efficient. I called the company and they sent a technician to assess. After inspecting everything he said the filters just needed to be cleaned, and he showed me how to do this (simple) and it works as good as new. He also explained a few other details to keep it tip top including proper cleaning of the compressor filter as well, and cleaning of the top of the splits themselves to facilitate air flow, and a recap of how the system works. His tutorial was great. This system is quiet and works better than any other HVAC system I’ve ever experienced (I’ve lived in hot humid climates all for over 60 years) It’s the best investment I’ve made for my home.

I can't thank Carini Heating and Air enough for the fantastic job of installing and perfecting my new AC unit. The system was installed in a day and when I needed to make some adjustments to confirm my install was at peak efficiency, during the busiest time of the summer, they trusted my customer experience, Install Manager, Anthony, made my work a priority, he got his best people, Kevin and Bryan, on site to assure the system was eco-friendly and highly effective in cooling my home.
