Carini could not be more professional. They were on-time, clean, professional, reviewed with me all work to be performed in detail. The person who was on-site for the estimate, also was here the day of the install to review all work to be done together with me and the work crew foreman to make sure there was no miscommunications. The crew did a great job, very timely, flexible, had great suggestions of their own and did not leave until I was completely satisfied the install was complete, working properly, a knowledge transfer was performed as to operation of the equipment, and that I was satisfied with the cleanup. Do yourself a favor and use Carini!!

We had Carini install Mini Splits in our recently remodeled home . We worked with Anthony, Ricky and Alvin. Anthony was very helpful setting up the installation. He was very personable, professional and easy to work with. Alvin and Ricky installed the Mini Splits, they were very professional and got the job done in a very timely manner. The team at Carini are great to work with their years of expires show in every aspect of their business and I highly recommend them .

We are very pleased with their work from the initial phone call all the way to the end of the project.

I reached out to Carini after being notified of major gas leak in the crawl space of our home. SDGE had turned off the gas already, but Carini went out of their way to get someone out to us ASAP.
AJ was able to get to our house by 8am, and quickly diagnosed the problem. After giving us our options, we opted to take the quote and attempt to go through our home warranty company...this was a mistake!
After several days of back and forth with the warranty company, incorrectly filed service requests on their end, and an appointment with an appointed plumber who went radio silent after their 10 minute visit, I ended up deciding to go out of pocket. AJ and Carini were checking in with me periodically to make sure that I was being taken care of by the warranty, so it was a no brainer to give them business.
AJ was back out to the house after rearanging his schedule, and had our leaking plumbing replaced, and gas lines rerouted. He verified that we were leak free, and went about setting up the appointments for city inspection and SDGE service reactivation.
I can't thank AJ and the team at Carini enough for the care exhibited for our home and family!

What a scam this company!! A plumber came for 20 mns, literally twisted a wrench removed a tiny pipe connection. Pulled a replacement, wrapped it in plumbers tape on both sides and tightened it with the wrench and charged $425!!! Something any lay person could do! Unbelievable! That’s the price for plumbing leak detection that he thought I clarified to him was in the thread and not where he initially thought in the filter canister. And on top of it he couldn't figure out how to loosen the descaler to replace it and said to call the original company!
I don't recommend them period.

Max, was pleasant and friendly. He made everything understandable and easy. At no point did I feel pressured or unsure. By the end of the experience my wife and I were very happy with our decision. When the team got there to do the Install they were all friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!!

Carini technicians installed a custom designed Heat Pump central heating/cooling system into the space once occupied by a gas heater. They used existing ductwork and did the whole job in one day. They did a great job.

I needed a new HVAC system for a rental condo that previously had in-floor radiant heating. The condo’s layout, high ceilings, and limited attic space made it difficult to design an HVAC system that would fit and adequately heat the place, so much so that another company I called out couldn’t even give me a bid because they had no idea how to make things work. Briton at Carini came up with two solutions at different price points and we were able to get the install scheduled very quickly. Throughout the whole process, from bid to completion of the install, Briton’s communication and responsiveness was amazing.The install team headed by Angel did great work and took care to cover furniture and clean up at the end of each day so that my tenants could stay in the unit during the multi-day install. I’d highly recommend Carini to anyone looking to get HVAC work done!
