Totally satisfied ! The techs Justin and Dave were amazing! They were on time , communicated very well and were very professional! They were here all day and completed multiple jobs as promised with no suprise costs!! (I.e. service 2 water heaters , new gas valve for dryer and repaired leak from upstairs tub) Will definitely use BHI Plumbing for future jobs!

We had a great experience with BHI plumbing. They were able to come out within a few hours and the technician fixed the problem with our gas fireplace valve quickly. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them.

My air conditioner simply stopped putting out cold air. I assumed a large repair bill. BHI returned my call immediately. They came the next day. it took the service professional less than half hour to fins the problem. He had the part he needed in his van. Half hour later it was up and running. Whole thing was under $350. Great service, knowledgeable professional. Great communication.

We were having a problem with our central a/c unit. The fan worked, but the house wouldn't cool down. We contacted BHI and they came out right away and inspected the unit. It had some issues...leaking refrigerant, clogged lines and a power supply unit that fell apart when they tried to open it. It took two and a half days, but they repaired it and it works once again. Their techs were polite, honest and hardworking. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who could benefit from their expertise and great customer service.

Despite their best effort, our central air unit died. But in less than 2 hours Larry installed our new unit. Tested it. And now we are ready for summer. Thank you BHI....You folks are the best.

Had a 20 yr old water heater that began leaking -- it had rusted through. I called BHI in the late afternoon and Leo was out the next morning. I used to replace water heaters all the time with my father on rentals, but I've gotten to the point where I didn't want to put up with what I knew would be a tough job (tight quarters for a 50 gal unit). Leo knew his stuff. He was very courteous and professional. Fortunately, BHI carries Bradford-White in stock. That's the same brand that got me through the last 20 years. BHI may not be the rock bottom in pricing, but you are going to get quality work done. I can tell you that Leo left the install better than it was by adding some needed upgrades. Thank you, BHI (and Leo!)

I needed some major work done to the drain lines of my house. I had water that would back up into my kitchen sink whenever the washer was ran and my shower no longer wanted to drain. I tried other plumbing companies but their fix was always temporary and so I was wasting money. It was like they didn't want to do the work that our older cast iron pipe drainage house needed which was pipe replacement. My family and I were seriously desperate for help.

I found BHI on the internet and had read the reviews of previous customers as well as the services they provided. I thought these guys may be able to help us so I called. I'm so glad I did! Everybody from Cynthia to the plumbers Leo and Carlos were extremely helpful. They provided me a free estimate after running their camera down the air vent, since my pipes had no cleanout (old home) and told me everything I needed. They pointed out what needed to be replaced immediately and what needed to be fixed but could wait (install a cleanout for the main). The price was right and so I agreed and they replaced all of my under house drain pipes, t-fittings, elbows and stems for every plumbing device in my home. They created a cleanout for the under house pipes that they had put in. The removed cast iron pipes looked like clogged arteries, no kidding. They even did complimentary work replacing the under sink drains and sink baskets all in a day and half! I highly recommend BHI and these are my go to guys going forward.

I called made an appointment, they came checked everything and then had the job done all in the same week.
I got my new AC and works perfectly.

BHI was great both in responding to my initial call regarding a sewer backup (they came out and cleared the block) and in following up with a free camera inspection of the line, discounted hydro-jetting after water still showed in line, and a second camera inspection. Also phone, email and text contact very prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had a backup between the tub and toilet. Francisco came out in the scheduled time and immediately gave the impression our issue was going to be difficult by first telling us what he couldn’t do for us. After clearing the blockage he informed us we had a pipe that was so corroded he would need to come back tomorrow with the camera to see what was going on.
The next day Francisco and Chris (plumbing project manager) came out and told my husband the pipe from the bathroom to the clean out needed to be replaced at a cost estimate of 2-4K. When my husband balked at the price Chris said let’s get on the roof and see what we’ve got going on. After much playing around on the roof and back and forth in the backyard he went and sat in his truck. Chris then came to the door with a legal notepad and wanted to discuss our options.
Chris had three options for us of pipe replacement for our property ranging from approximately $6K to approximately $9K and finally approximately $13K.
At this point we felt we were being played. We told Chris and Francisco we’d have to discuss and get back with them. Chris never did readdress the pipe replacement from the bathroom to the clean out. As he walked out the door he said “you know, your tub would drain better if I replaced the trap. If you go with any of the proposed projects I’ll throw that in, ya know, cause I want to make sure everything is working well for you”.
Needless to say, we will not be having any of this work done. The toilet and tub are operating well at this point.

IF we should decide to have our house repiped, we would definitely get a few other estimates, as we don’t feel this company is honest or trustworthy.
