My moms wall heater was not venting and she could not turn it on and it was very cold. I called Henleys and they sent Matt. Matt spent several hours cleaning/clearing the venting pipes on the roof and at the wall heater until it was working again and venting properly. He tested it and made sure it was safe to use again. Matt is very professional and polite and easy to work with and he got my moms heater working again. He also answered all of my mothers questions until she felt confident that the heater was OK to use. I would highly recommend Henleys for any HVAC repairs.

My burner kit went out on my GE water heater and my home had no hot water. I called several companies to come out over the holiday weekend to assist and no one was available. Once I came across Henley's, after reading their reviews I decided to call. Their customer service is excellent, the technician was extremely knowledgeable, consultative, and gave me a peace of mind. The technician came out to diagnose and then they were able to come back out within 24 hours to install a new water heater. They were efficient and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

So many great things to say about BHI. When I called the office to request a quote, they answered the phone politely, were eager to help, detailed in their responses and did exactly what they said they would do. I received a text message and an email right away. I love attention to detail and clear communication. When Leo arrived to give me a quote, I received the same polite, detailed and clear information regarding my requests and he answered all the questions we had. We went ahead with the quote and had the laundry room valves and refrigerator water valve replaced. He also recommended we replace our regulator as the water pressure was too high. I was able to conveniently pay for the work after it was complete and received the receipt and photos all via email. This was such an easy and stress-free process and I am thankful to Leo and the crew and greatly appreciate the experience. Plus, love that they are a local company as well. I will definitely give BHI a call again in the future.

I hired Henley's to replace the Air Ducts in my attic which were close to 30 years old. This is what happened:
1. I got several quotes from other services and Henley's was the lowest.
2. A Henley's Rep showed up to inspect the house and provided me a quote while explaining everything they would do. Very Professional.
3. They then scheduled a date a week later and showed up on time and completed the job in a few hours. Crew was polite, courteous and cleaned up after they were done.
4. Biggest surprise was how they used Email to provide and approve quotes. Made it real easy.

Our company had a very positive experience receiving service from Henley's/BHI Plumbing and Air. We have a sunroom in our office that has been intolerable in the recent heat wave, and they installed an A/C unit quickly! They were very professional and friendly. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone.

Alex and Jeremy did an excellent job and were respectable in appearance and manner. A previous company took 10 days just to get back with me on a price and were 4 times the price BHI charged me and BHI were only a little over an hour from start to finish. The previous company made two trips and never even knew how to light the pilot light while putting me through a 10 day ordeal. Very pleased with BHI.

Justin from BHI was great. He arrived on time, very professional, and courteous. He put as much time and effort it needed to troubleshoot and solve the clogged main drain. They charge more than most competitors, but it was worth it. Company communicated regularly before the service. I’m happy with the service and would recommend them.
