Called for adding a water line to the fridge for ice. Justin was efficient and pleasant! The job got started at 9, and was done before noon. Totally happy with my Henleys service!

Called these guys because I had always gone with Ballard, and was curious is I was being ripped off. Well, BHI saved me $120, and were four hours faster doing the job, than Ballard. Leo was extremely knowledgeable and even showed me products and offers they had, after he was done. Very informative and professional!

Zach was our tech he was very knowledgeable and professional in what he was helping us with, he came on time and helped us with our garbage disposal issue. Very nice guy definitely recommend 10/10 😊

I have used “BHI” in the past & will NOT!!! even consider anyone else; no matter the cost of services!! Their professional attitude & craftsmanship of installed work is unquestionably the very best. The office staff is always helpful as well as efficient in connecting you with not only the owner but, the technicians needed to completely solve your problem. At my home the technicians were not only very respectable & clean but, safety was #1 at all times. A lot of copper pipe work, complete water filtration system & new tankless hot water heater; not a single leak!! It’s perfect!!!

The 2 gentleman we got we're absolutely awesome very polite and did an amazing job helping us out replace a really old faucet that was really really bad.

David and Brett were very timely and professional. Called this morning to set up an appointment and was able to get someone out the same day. They got the job done quick. Would recommend these two guys David and Brett.

If you want them to fix your a/c they will but you better watch out your working heater will no longer work. Came out to fix my a/c and my heater worked fine. They left and the a/c works but the heater doesn't anymore. Good job trying to get more service calls a....... yeah. Use them if you like spending your money. Double check their work to make sure.

My experience with BHI Plumbing was an A+ .Christian was the plumber that was sent. He was very personal on time told me was he was going to do and filled me in on how the work was going as he was doing his repairs. He put me at ease been a new homeowner that he was not gonna leave till the work was done . After the job was completed he then told me everything he had did to complete the job. Cristian is an exceptional plumber . Thank you again for sending me Cristian.

Alex was amazing. He was able to repair my air-conditioner even though it’s 40 years old. He was polite and professional and didn’t try to make me buy a new system. I’m a new customer for life.
