My AC broke down and I waited 1 month already, but my home warranty kept delaying the repair. I contacted BHI to get a quote. They came in next day for free estimate. They explained the options to me very well. Their price was very reasonable comparing to 3 other contractors that provided a quote.

Some contractors didn't even show up to get a estimates like they promised and wasted my time. All the contractors I selected got good to great reviews, and BHI was the best for price and services. I did do a lot of research and shopped around because I am an unemployed stay home mom.

I spoke to BHI customer service line and with Adam for like 10 times regarding my concerns for the new AC installation. Every time, they were friendly and willing to answer my questions. I thank them for their professional and understanding that it was a big project for me.

I got my AC installed in few days which was a relieve in this hot weather. I will definitely use them again if needed and definitely recommend BHI to any one who need AC services.

Decided to call Henley's because they are my neighbors, a few blocks away. The whole experience was both pleasant and informative; every step was handled with the outmost professionalism. One thing that I would like to get incorporated to their service is a consultation wit the tech. just before the appointment. This could help stablish expectations and desired outcomes for the service visit. For example, I expected that the tech. would service/clean a component in the heater/furnace but he did not bring the cleaner for that component. But overall, I would be calling them again so they can service the cooling system in the near future.

I am not happy they said it was a free inspection.
As soon as he showed up he said it will be $650.00 to find the leak just to find the leak.
I thought it was way to much just find the gas leak but I had to take care of .
then he could not find the leak and says it will be $ 1,200.0 to find the leak with nitrogen. it was way to much money $650.00 then he wanted $1,200.00.
in the end they charged $200.00 for their time, which it was too much because they did not fix anything.
I am a roofer if I don"t fix it I don't get paid.
They should have everithing to find the leak when they show up.

Had an issue with a clogged drain. Gave them a call and they were able to service same day. Technician arrived in between the time slot they gave me. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. He took care of the problem, gave me an estimate for maintenance that I should take care of and also offered me their membership program. Will definitely use them again, all pricing and estimates were on his device. I didn’t feel like he was making up prices on the spot. Everything was transparent and that is a huge deal for myself. Highly recommend

The main water line in my front yard was leaking in the water was bubbling up. I searched the internet googled for the best plumbers in my area. Henley's had the high rating of five stars and I like that and I like the comments of quality work. And now I am a very satisfied customer. I had a very good, Professional Technician named David with another technician name Ricardo. Those Technicians, did a Great job of repairing that main water line! David as the foreman insured after work was that my Yard was restored as before and better! It looks great 😊

Ricardo Castro arrived at the schedule time and was very polite. He explained the scope of work needed very well and got the job done all in timely manner. He also advise on what we should do for plumbing maintenance in the near future to prevent costly repairs.

Leo and Keith did an amazing job, they removed my old sink and installed a new one for me and put in new drain pipes, they also reinstalled my RO system and garbage disposal. They also fixed my leaking toilet. Totally satisfied with their speedy and professional service.
