Today we just had our heating system serviced but we’ve used BHI for all of our plumbing needs.
Edgar and Chris were here on time, both of them were very kind answering all of our many questions. Edgar explained in detail everything they did and updated us on the condition of our heating system. My husband and I have always been very happy with the service we receive with BHI and there employees!

Great customer service fast response time and had my issue fix same day. Real satisfied with their service will definitely used them again or recommend any one to use them pricing was fair. I am business owner so communication is real important and they are on top of there communication skills replying by text, email and also being exactly at time they were scheduled to show up. BHI Plumbing was very professional from the moment I called for estimate/ service. I called on a Sunday and they sent Leo out to give an estimate. He was very professional and personable. He informed me as he was checking my outdoor faucets for replacement. He gave me some bits of information that were beneficial to me for future maintenance. And Beatriz was professional over the phone and kept me very informed throughout the process. I reviewed their service survey comments and ratings prior to calling them…they met and exceeded my expectation. We had a great experience with Henley's. They were on time and got us up and running at a reasonable price. Staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Would recommend.

BHI has come to my house a few times for both installation and for maintenance of my HVAC system. They checked on my unit in the fall and spring now and help me find a leak coming from the AC. They recently changed out my old duct in the attic with a new one and cleaned up the job site right after. I trust they will get the job done in a timely manner each time. They were also mindful of closing the front door when entering and exiting since I own two cats. The crew is always nice and outgoing as well. I definitely recommend them. As a college student, I like the fact that they are somewhat affordable compared to other companies and do their best to accommodate you.

I called because my A/C unit was not blowing cold air. Fortunately for me Henleys had an opening. I then received a call stating that they had a technician that was available in the next 10 to 15 mins so I was extremely pleased. The technician came and figured out the problem and now I'm back to feeling that cool air again. All within an hour and a half. Thank you so much for the quick response and fix.

Ac unit stopped working Matt came out and quoted for new unit installation. They got my home back up and running in ONE day I am a happy customer definitely would recommend and continue to use for my HVAC services.

BHI was great! Leo took pictures and explained everything that needed to be done to have my air conditioner working at an optimum level. He then showed pictures after replacing each part. He was quick and responded to my questions. I'm very pleased. And the price was good!

I appreciate that BHI showed up ready to fix the problem. I have a section of old waste pipe that had roots blocking it. BHI cut through the roots, scoped the problem and recommend work that will prevent this problem in the future. Their employees were efficient but not rushed, courteous and friendly. They explained exactly what they were doing and charged a fair price for the job. Unfortunately, the permanent fix will be expensive but it is work I knew needed to be done 10 years ago! I trust BHI to do a professional job for this next phase.

Very Happy with BHI . Justin and Cody responded right away. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I had a lot of questions and Justin and Cody were very thorough in explaining the existing problems with old water heater and all the questions I had about a new water heater they were very thorough in their job Justin and Cody went the extra mile and went into the attic and on top of the roof to make sure the exhaust vent was all working correctly because we had a carbon dioxide issue with the old one very happy with these guys and I would recommend BHI Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone. 👍😀
