There was a need to check and repair a leaky sink. The phone contact with Stuart at BHI was very professiontl and reassuring, and a technician was promised by that same afternoon - he (Matthew) actually came earlier than estimated. Great communication via texts and email (with photos of the various people involved) and phone calls about the progress of the work (since I was off-site). And since it was a very simple fix, there was no charge! Terrific service. I'm keeping their number handy for any future needs.

BHI did a really great job installing my Aquasana new whole home salt free water softener and filter, it was a tight space and they walked through the installation options to ensure easy serviceability and ensured there were no leaks. Highly recommended for decent value estimations and service delivery.

Joe and Jay showed up on time and we're very helpful and professional. The work they did was reasonably priced but when I asked for an estimate to install a shower & washer/dryer (I had purchased both items) into an existing bathroom I was quoted $10,425.00 I was floored. I had a brand new 4 piece bathroom put in for 1/3 of the price. Yes, they do good work but you'll pay for it. Get several estimates and decide which plumbing company best meets your needs.

Each time I have called, they been able to get someone here very quickly. We had to replace our whole a/c unit and the turn around time was extremely fast. All of the technicians who have been to the house have been very polite and courteous and explained things well. I’m happy with the service and we will continue to use BHI. Thank you!

After speaking with Ben, he advised me there was a alternative to the vendor part I was using. Which I have determined will be the best course of action should the current part fail. As a rule I don't give reviews, but the team at BHI not only met but exceeded my expectations.

Joe and Leonel showed up early and went to straight to work. They had an equipment problem and went and picked up another piece of equipment to ensure the job was done right. Very clean-cut and professional, they really did an incredible job. Very honest guys. The job was finished quickly and came in under the written estimate.
