Loves Air

During our latest heat wave my aging A/C began to fail. I called on Loves, as I had used them in the past and had always received excellent service! So it was determined a new system was our best option. I’m so pleased with the entire process and every one who helped with this big improvement to our house! I’ll start with Jaunita who ALWAYS managed to make room for a service call in what I’m sure is a very packed schedule during the summer. Thank You!
Marcos has been our technician with prior visits and has ALWAYS been such a pleasure to work with! On the day of install the team arrived and got to work! This company is the real deal. From sales to the completion of services, they were kind, professional, and caring. I had my complete HVAC system replaced over 2 days, and was concerned about the noise level, because I work from home. Josh, Daniel, Edward, and Joe took the extra effort to keep the noise down, and were constantly informing my wife and I of what the next step in the process was. Manny Ruelas, Love’s service tech, was professional, efficient, and saved my family money on the A/C repair. He was able to get the cost down from $300+ to less than $150. AND he cleaned and tested my unit as well! This is why I always use Love’s for all my HVAC needs!

I wanted to thank all of the guys (Thomas, Zia, Santi, Eduardo, Wyatt, and Alan) that helped get my home back in order by assessing and replacing my old heating and air conditioning system. We first had Matthew arrive for our consult and he talked with us about the different types of HVAC units he would suggest for our home. He went over every detail from start to finish. He was very personable and continued to give us information but was not pushy at all.
Once we signed and decided to move forward we were met by Marcos who looked at the job and had the team start the next day!
Everyday Alan and his crew would arrive and were very courteous and kind to coming in and out of the house. Alan also went above and beyond with communicating every change or concern they had. Since we have a newborn he even brought in a space heater for us to survive the days without heat!
They had everything up and running in 3 days 😱! They turned our 1940s home with original floor furnace, and AC wall unit into a modern central heat and air with vents in every room! We are very excited for extreme weather to approach. We are now well prepared!

Overall service has been above 5 star! We are so happy with the work they have done!

The sales Rep Zia was a pleasure to work with. Additionally, the installers, Leads Alan and Juan along with Daniel, Joe, Alex and Ed were all great. It was great to see a group of young men working so well together. The harmony they shared was refreshing.
