Loves Air

I have a very old A/C system that should have been retired years ago. As well as an old water heater. Joel,Alex,Vilmer,Elvis and Alan were all very professional, sharp, and always answered any questions I had and were very detailed about the process. Looking forward to beating the heat this summer!! We have always had trouble with our old air conditioning and furnace. So we called Loves Air. They replaced everything and we have been extremely happy with the results. They were very professional, honest, and respectful. And they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

We were on our last process of getting the new unit installed. We had to have a county inspector come out to sign off on our permit. Juanita, set up the inspector & had one of there service techs ( Nick) come out to set- up a OSHA Regulated ladder for the inspector to use. Then another service tech ( Jose) came back later to take down the ladder. These 3 employees made the last of the process to complete the installation, very easy & worry free. Thank you Loves Air, I see why you are a 5 star rating.

We were extremely impressed with the Loves Air team. Their knowledge and professionalism was definitely above par. We had to replace a 20+ year old heating and ac system. Manny came out and did the inspection and was VERY knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, he even came back the following day when we notice a strange leak and he found that it was an incomplete condensation line from when the house was constructed. Carl was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking which unit would be the best for our home. Joseph, Alex, Tomas, Alan, Marcos, and Gamello came and completed the install. They were so courteous and kind and hard working. And they even made sure the upstairs condensation line was fixed and properly working. I highly recommend Loves Air!

Josh phoned first to let us know he was on his way which way within the estimated appointment window. When he arrived he put shoe covers on before coming inside and then explained what he would do during the service appointment. He was very personable, very professional and provided a detailed summary of the results of his routine maintenance including photos. I highly recommend Love's for HVAC routine maintenance and inspections.

I started hearing a clunking noise when the AC came on so I called Loves Air. Jose came out within 90 minutes. Jose explained all of the technical AC terms prior to beginning any work. After he’d finished working on the AC he also explained what he did, took pictures of the unit, left a new filter, and spoke to me about the importance of maintaining my AC (which is particularly important since my unit is 20 years old). Jose’s ability to communicate issues in layman’s terms was on right on target.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been this impressed with a company’s ability to hire knowledgeable, prompt and kind employees. I’ll be contacting Loves Air in the fall to schedule maintenance for my heating unit.

Love's has streamlined the process really well, from setting up my appointment to fixing my heating system the process was simple and efficient. Huge shout-out to Tom for keeping me in the loop the entire time. He let me know when he was on his way, what the current issue was, issues we might run into in the near future, and what other services Love's offer to keep my system up and running! He was very professional and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend! Next up was Zia, who set me up with an amazing deal for a new HVAC unit! He was very professional, helpful, and honest. Lastly, a whole crew that replaced my old unit, I appreciate everyone's hard work. Looking forward to doing business with Loves going forward!
