Loves Air

Our experience with Loves Air was great from beginning to end. Carl, our salesman, was informative, answered all our questions, and we never felt any pressure from him. Our install crew also could not have been better. Joseph, Alex, and Adam were professional and friendly. They worked great as a team and our install could not have gone smoother. We are very happy with our new HVAC. We highly recommend Loves Air!

We had our AC go out during the first big heat wave of the year, so of course every HVAC company I called was booked out multiple days. Juanita in reception went above and beyond to help find an open appointment for me and had me on stand by for any cancellations. She ultimately got me in for a same day appointment! Our technician Thomas arrived early and diagnosed the problem in the first 10 minutes. He quickly replaced the part and confirmed everything else was working properly. He was super professional, and even waited patiently while I contacted my warranty company to confirm if my replacement part was covered. We are honestly SO thankful that Loves Air saved us from this heat wave!

They were very nice guys that install my A/C unit, Heating unit and water heater today and it looks great and now I know that I will have a cool house for the summer and warm water take shower and warm heat in the winter thanks to these guys.

Manny came out today and provided excellent service. He was professional, polite and most importantly displayed great patience as I had lots of questions. He was transparent and thorough in his explanations and never rushed me and he topped it off with a great ac tune up before the summer heat wave starts.

I called them at 4:10 on a Friday and my air is back up and running less than 2 hours later!! Awesome customer service! It’s also 104 outside so it was GREATLY APPRECIATED! Thanks again
Earnie is the great guy that answered after their 4:30 closing time after I tried troubleshooting and Manny is the wonderful technician that came out.

Josh provided routine maintenance service on my AC unit. He was polite, professional and advised me what he was doing during each of his process steps. He gave me a detailed explanation of his findings at the end of the service. I was very happy with his service.

We just had our brand new system installed and it was just an incredible experience. Santiago and his crew were outstanding professionals (Wyatt, Alex, Edwardo, Elvis, Allen, and others I know I'm forgetting). They tackled a tremendous amount of work in three days and took care of our home, cleaning up the work each night so that our home was still functional while they were gone. The final day, everyone was so receptive to any concerns we had and by the time they'd finished the install our minds were completely at ease. The new system is up and running now and it is whisper quiet. After living in our home with a 40+ year old system and all the inefficiencies a system that old entails, we were amazed by how quickly our house cooled down. With a year of service that comes with our new unit, I know we'll be living comfortably no matter what temperature this summer throws at us.

They replaced my 16 yr old hot water heater at my home in Manteca. They let me know they were on their way and got here on time as promised. They were super nice and put shoe booties on even though they didn't have to. Joe and Ben were super organized and worked well together. They did a great job and explained the process really well. The worksite was cleaner after the job than it was before (lol) they went over potential maintenance with me. I'm really glad I used Loves. Zia, Joe and Ben represent the company really well! Thanks!
This is a great time of year to do these installs. If you are putting it off don't.

I highly recommend Love’s Heating and Air! My service person, Tom, was very knowledgeable and professional, and extremely courteous. He was very thorough, and explained everything in terms that were easy for me to understand. I will request him for my next service! And Shelly was excellent with all things needed to set up the appointment (including a reschedule due to weather). I will definitely use them again!
