Love's is always very responsive to emergency issues. They were able to promptly schedule our appointment during a very busy heat wave. They when showed up 3 hours before the scheduled time.

Jose Rodriguez quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue. He was very professional and courteous, a great employee!

We had a new HVAC installed, new ducts and vent repair. This company is wonderful. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed having the guys here. Last year we signed up for a yearly maintenance. When they came out this year we had several problem areas. He said it could probably go longer but we would never know when it might give out. We decided to just take care of it now than have it break down at a most inopportune time. We were really impressed with Sonti and his crew, how they all work together like clockwork even with the roofers and Crane operator. No standing around waiting on someone to show up. You don’t see that much anymore. They all seemed to have great work ethics.

Our 30+ year old HVAC started having issues in August 2022, right after a streak of 100+ degree days. We contacted Loves for a repair diagnosis and they confirmed a slow freon leak that would be costly to patch, so we decided to get quotes on replacing the system. We got a wide range or prices, and Loves was neither cheapest or most expensive. We did feel very confident in them after talking with Matthew through the entire process. They also had a deal on a hot water heater replacement, so opted to do everything at once.

Due to the location of our fan unit, they included the cost of a crane in the original quote. However, the day of installation they were able to move it by hand so dropped that from the final cost, no questions asked. There was a small glitch hooking up our Nest thermostat as our old system didn't have a C wire, so the next morning they sent out a technician to finish up.

This all took place between two 100+ daily degree streaks so it gave us a good comparison of how the two systems performed. The new system runs much less than the old, so we're very pleased.

The final plus occurred last November when we realized we had air in the hot water lines. We contacted Loves and within a few days they let us know a replacement part was on order. Marcos came out on a cold, rainy December morning and replaced it, and everything was covered under warranty.

Overall we're very pleased and couldn't be happier with choosing Loves Air.

Shout out to Alan, Ben, Joe, and Alex these guys are awesome very polite and funny. They were very professional polite and very knowledgeable almost too professional couldn’t convince them to have a beer with me but good thing they refused because then Robert and Simon came and visited which are the big bosses! 😂 Love the work and these guys are truly the definition of teamwork they work good together and quick hope to have a beer in the future even with the bosses.. Good luck on the spin guys don’t forget about the homie. I like corona. Haha

I think I've already posted three reviews for loves air. We just had another visit from Zia and we bought a new unit. Ours was over 10 years old and fixing that was just Band-Aids. The way he explained everything I understand it all and it was like he was family. You knew what he told you was true and it wasn't just so we could get a sale. We were approved in no time and our unit will be in on Monday. I'm telling you guys loves air is only way to go

I am so happy I called Love’s to come out and inspect, diagnose and repair my air conditioning unit. Even more of a surprise was that they came out early when a slot opened up, dispatched Jose who quickly got to the root of the problem, fixed it, clean it up, and got us back up and running. Jose also signed us up for their maintenance program so this bit of preventative maintenance should help us avails costlier repairs in the future. Thank you and great job!

I’ve had three other local companies through the years to do tuneups and loves was by far the best. Thomas found an issue of wires rubbing on the Freon hose that could have been a big problem that the other companies never brought up. Tom zip tied so they’re no longer rubbing and fixed a problem that could have cost thousands. He was very professional and easy to get along with. Because of Tom loves has earned a new customer and I’ll be only using loves for our heating and AC issues.

best experience I've had with a company doing my yearly AC maintenance. Jose Martinez did a great job in performing the maintenance - providing a detailed and understandable explanation of what he was going to do during the visit.
