I recently had the pleasure of working with Love's Air, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of service they provided. From start to finish, Love's Air exceeded my expectations in every way.

First and foremost, I was incredibly impressed by the team's attention to cleanliness. The installation team, which included Alan Arroyo, Alejandro Marquez, Daniel Mercado, Eduardo Ochoa, Joseph McKibben, Juan Morris, Luis Castillo, Santiago Rojas, Tomas Vera, and Vilmer Vigil, took great care to ensure that my home remained clean and tidy throughout the installation process. They were meticulous in their work, and took great pride in ensuring that everything was installed properly and working correctly.

In addition to the quality of their work, I was also impressed by the level of customer service I received from Love's Air. The office guy named Earnie was awesome at finding out how my job went and making sure I was satisfied. My sales guy Matthew French was honest and nice, and took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. The entire team at Love's Air truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the installation of my new HVAC system.

Overall, I would highly recommend Love's Air to anyone in need of HVAC services. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service are truly second to none, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you Love's for a job well done!

Santi, Alex and Daniel arrived on time to install my new HVAC system. They called to let me know they were on the way. They were very professional and courteous and hard working. They explained exactly what they were doing and made sure that I understood. I would definitely recommend Love’s Heating and Air for anyone needing a new system or repair.

Our technician Jose came out and did his job thoroughly. He explained to my wife what was going on and did a good job with the follow up email. Sent pictures and an explanation as well for me to read.

Ultra professional! Communicated well with me every step of the way. Arrived on time, put shoe covers on every time they came in the house, went above and beyond to problem solve my ducks and thermostat wiring until our new heater/AC was working. Quoted me one price and then needed to make changes that would have increased the cost but stuck to the original as though that was the obvious thing to do as a good business. They explained unit options so that I could choose based on the criteria that mattered most to me. My system had problems that required two days to set up instead of one but they were diligent and professional to the end. They set up the unit and then have an independent pressure test company come out to make sure that it’s done correctly. They changed out my filters but also said that they always do that for the first year or so at no extra cost, which was a long-term commitment with me instead of a quick install and run. Most professional business I’ve worked with an a long time.

I want to send a big Thank You to Shelly! My a/c wasn’t turning on and when I called to get service, Shelly gave me a few tips and one was to check my breaker. And what do you know? It worked! I was so excited! Shelly was so nice and helpful! Thanks again Shelly!

Nick was our guy to come out and do a check on our system before the triple digits, Nick was helpful, polite and very professional, explained everything to us that we could totally understand, didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, because of Nick, and the politeness of the people of Loves Air, we signed on to a one year inspection (much lower than the other guys!)

Outstanding job performance by HVAC Technician Jose. His professionalism reflects toward his conduct and Company “Loves Air” as soon he introduced himself respectfully , explained to me what steps going take from starting to finish, when he walked into my house he slipped in plastic covers over his shoes to maintain my house floor clean, Jose changed my HVAC Filter and explained to me difference between filters. In addition, also explained to the testing he’s going conduct on my unit and what normal and abnormal range are, and if there’s component out of range he will show me physically on his reader, that shows honesty and integrity. Finally, I will continue appropriate this type of service from “Loves Air Heating and Air Conditioning”

We needed a new HVAC system for our home. We looked around and used Loves. Very professional people. Shout outs go to Matt, Joel, Daniel and Vilmer. We're very happy with the outcome. From initial sales call to delivery and installation to clean up, afterwards. We would use and recommend them.

Loves did a complete install of the gas furnace and a/c. Our heater had quit and we needed a new system. We were only down two days without a heater. They were so professional. Their install team was top notch. We have wood floors in the hallway and they laid down cloth and cardboard to protect the floors. Thank you Love's.
