Loves Air

The four gentlemen (Santiago, Daniel, Vilmer, and Wyatt) did a great job at my house today! They worked very hard on a hot day and were so kind, courteous, and professional. The job was strenuous (installing many smoke detectors, checking many vents, installing a thermostat, and installing a new AC unit on the roof) and took hours but they were champs! All four gentlemen were efficient and friendly. They were kind to my children. The work was done well. We appreciate them. Thanks, guys! Great service!

Very Professional and very knowledgeable. 5+ Stars. Today JOSE noticed my fan on A/C was running a bit hard. He recommended before the summer heat hits to think about replacing.
He had the part and in no time he was done. This was the second time Jose has come out to service my house. He always let's me know what's going on and gives me details of what he looks at and is going to do. Nice to see a familiar face return. I hope to see him for my fall tune up. I Always purchase a fall/summer tune up and this visit was my Summer tune up and air filter. So happy with company I will continue to purchase future maintenance packages for tune up service to make sure my heater and AC are always running great. Also, Ernie was very kind and friendly over the phone to make sure i was assisted. Thanks LOVES, also look forward to upcoming FAll service.

Josh was awesome. He went above and beyond my expectations. He explained everything clearly and helped me understand what the issue might be. I will be asking for him personally when I have them out for all of my HVAC needs.

Tom Jacob our technician was polite, professional, and informative. He was thorough in checking the condition of our system and gave us advice on maintaining it, and future repairs. We appreciate his knowledge and friendly approach to what could be an apprehensive situation. We will be requesting his services again in the future..

Tom came by my home, on time and was very courteous and professional. I am impressed with the level of detail that this company goes through ... Tom took pictures of the instrument reads as well as my circuit board, where my board was showing signs of wear. Then he emailed me all the copies before he left.

Met with Zia today and cannot express how much we appreciated his expertise! He was warm, kind and patient with all of our many questions. Unlike another company we had talked to, Zia didn't pressure us at all and even recommended a much cheaper alternative setup. He saved us a lot of money which means the world to us as we're on a fixed income. It's clear why Loves Air has a five star rating!

From start to finish Loves Air service was exceptional. Our air conditioner was not cooling and we called Loves immediately and they promptly set up an appointment. Our first encounter was with Zia and he very professional and thorough with his explanations of our options. Very impressed with how polite and caring he was. Our install team was Joseph Vilmer Alan. Very prompt, conscientious and knowledgeable. They throughly cleaned up and answered all of our questions. We are repeat customers and are always more than satisfied with their service.

The Love’s Air team is very professional and approachable. They came to replace my whole AC and heating unit flawlessly. We are very satisfied with the work done by Joseph’s team and how they pushed through the heat!!! You guys are awesome!

Loves Air was great - highly recommend! We found them on the @belocalmodesto page, and they were exactly what we needed to service our A/C system. Our service technician, Tom, was punctual, explained everything clearly to me, and provided a quality maintenance to our system. We will definitely be using again!
