This process all started with Alisa answering the phone. She was prepared, friendly and appropriate for phone communication. Christopher, the owner, came to our home and thoroughly explained what our options were, how long the process of a completed HAVAC removal and install would take. We definitely know much more about how our system is supposed to work. Our installers, Jose and Anthony, were on time. They were neat in appearance and in their work. Both were friendly and knowledgable about all things HVAC. We appreciated their diligence in explaining where they were in the process and what to expect after there work was complete. The entire experience with Love and Care Heating and Air made our new system worth every penny. By the way, the price was perfect for our budget and was lower than all other estimates for the amount of work completed.

Tyler and Zak gave us a great new HVAC system. Very pleased with their work. Marshal and Jasmine followed up taking care of some additional items. We are so please with all their work.

The best! We realized our AC wasn’t working around 2am on Saturday and found Love and Care randomly online. They have a chat feature on their website and my husband explained our situation on the chat around 5:30am and got a call within 5 mins from Tim saying they would send someone out after they opened. Chris, the company’s owner, came to our home around 11am, and got to work right away. He diagnosed, took photos of the areas with damage, and explained his recommendations, what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. He went thru each issue step-by-step, making sure we understood what he did and why. We appreciated his thorough and honest approach. Even though we weren’t members of their maintenance program, they took care of us in less than 8 hours! Chris is also very personable, didn’t pressure us, and got our problem fixed so quickly. Thank you, Chris! We are so happy we found you and have absolute trust in you and your team with our home’s AC and heating! We would recommend Love and Care with no hesitation!

Talk about awesome customer service! Our heater went out right before New Year's. They set me up for an appointment for the 2nd, but called me back a few hours later to see if I was available for the technician to come by! Chris came over and pronounced my 23 year old furnace dead (not a surprise!). He explained the problems in detail, along with accompanying pictures. We discussed replacement HVAC units and he explained the benefits and differences between all the units. They came back on Friday and promised us that we would have heat by the time they left (YAY!!) My furnace unit is in the attic, so this was no easy feat! They took care to protect everything and cleaned up after. They had to come back on Monday to finish the A/C part, but I did have heat! These guys are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!

I reached out to a number of HVAC companies last week when my AC system finally died after 20 years. After speaking with a number of them, I decided to proceed with Love and Care Heating & Air based on the great customer service and care that they showed in our time of need (It was Hot!!!)
Tim came out the same day I inquired and discussed the issue I was having, along with a number of solid solutions. I didn't feel the typical sales pressure one might expect in this situation was given the time I needed to make an informed decision.
The installers they sent out arrived on time in the morning and proceeded in getting right to work. They were extremely professional and took care to make sure we knew exactly what they were doing.
When a little hiccup occurred due to an unforeseen circumstance, they went about finding not only a quick solution, but the proper one.
By the end of the day my new AC system was up a running and working better than I had expected it to.
I would be pleased to recommend Tim and his team to anyone needing HVAC service in the area.

We just want to give a shout out to Christopher, and the three blessings (Anthony, Marshall & Jose) who installed our new HVAC unit. We were so impressed by their professionalism, integrity, efficiency, and most of all mannerism. Since my husband formerly taught HVAC, he was especially impressed with Christopher's knowledge of the system. Chris saved us a lot of time and hassle with shopping around. We got the best deal, a quality HVAC system and quality service.
