On contacting Love and Care they were up front with me on the phone. I already knew what the problem was and conveyed to the agent. He did not say like most of the other companies, "We can't take other people's diagnosis, we have to come out ourselves to make our own diagnosis, and that will be $140.00 for the visit." They took the part number which I had already researched, and gave a price we agreed upon. When the part came in they called and we set a day and time and serviceman came, repaired the furnace and accepted my debit card and he was on his way. If anyone is looking for HVAC service Love and Care will be the first only name I can give.

Love and Care came into my home and provided a thorough inspection of my 16 year old HVAC system. This was the original system from when I first purchased my home brand new. Chris and staff found multiple issues with my system, from a collapsed duct, mildew, rust and oil leaks. The team was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining my options and the process to replace the system. They were always timely and diligent with their work. I'm highly satisfied with the work that they did and their name says it all, Love and Care, I highly recommend them.

This might be a somewhat unusual review because I ended up not using their services. But that was not because of anything Love & Care did wrong. In fact, I would have totally gone with their offer. Circumstances for me changed last minute, that's all.

Having said that, I will mention that of all the vendors that came by to give me an estimate, they were one of the most professional and courteous vendors. Chris was very knowledgeable and upfront on the costs and expected services. He was very thorough in explaining the technology and answering all my questions. And for all that, I give them 5*!!!

I had 5 quotes done to replace the 30 year old system. Chris was the only one who took pictures of the attic. He patiently explained and drew what needs to be done to get an efficient system running. He then gave a good price for the job. (No pressure at all) We agreed on the date. Two polite guys, Lucas and Marshal with their white t-shirts, showed up at the door. They immediately started to work. They worked through the 96 degrees inside and outside the attic. By the end of the first work day, their t-shirts were soaked with sweat and dirt. These guys had the energizer batteries, they kept on going. Derek and Mark came to assist Marshal for the little tasks later. Marshal was the super man of them all. This project is intense. I highly recommend the team. I salute this trades people! They cleaned up as well and now we are enjoying our new unit. Thumbs up all the way!

This is the first HVAC company that I have used where I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. I knew I was on borrowed time before I needed to replace my system so it wasn’t a surprise when my ac went out. They came out and explained all of the options (repair vs replace) and the pricing levels. I didn’t feel any pressure from them and the pros and cons were laid out in a matter-of-fact style. Because we intend on staying in our house for another 20+ years, we decided to get a new unit. The pricing was very fair and they started the work the very next day. All of the employees were very polite and respectful and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. I highly recommend using them!

Love & Care was recommended through a friend and I really appreciated it. I had a very old system that had conked out during the heat spell. Chris was available to come out to give me an estimate on a new system, i obtained a few other estimates as well. His pricing was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, it was representative of the average price between my estimates. however the work that was done and the quality of the unit was more than average, it was stellar. The installers came early and were able to get the job done in one day. Thank you so much for your quick response, thoroughness, and professional job well done. i would recommend Love and Care to family and friends any day.

Love and Care Heating and Air has installed six HVAC's for home and commercial use for us, and, a whole house fan. We have never been disappointed. All the employees and, owner, Christopher, have been a joy to work with. It's reassuring to know that the units are installed correctly and will pass building permit inspection. My AC stopped working during a heat wave. I called Love and Care the next morning at 7am and Derek was at my house at 8:45 am. He was professional, kind, and took the time to explain what was going on with my AC. He did the repair and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Love and Care; ask for Derek.
