Derek (system inspector), provided images of your unit and was very knowledgeable and was able to effectively communicate in layman's terms to get you to understand what you're seeing, and cause and effect. There wasn't the feeling that you're being taken advantage of, but a sense of trust and reassurance that they are on the up & up. End of November my furnace,
all of a sudden stopped working. Chris came out to check. He was professional, pleasant and took time to explain my options. I decided to get a new system installed. The work crew, Anthony, Beau & Hose came exactly on time, dressed in uniform, were polite & professional and left my place clean with everything in place. Later that evening Chris called me to check if I was satisfied with the job-now that I call personalized service. Amazing company, amazing service! We came home from the coast on the hottest day of the year and found our A/C had imploded. Love & Care came over the next morning to bid on our job and supplied us with a portable A/C unit which took the heat edge off. They were in the next day and installed new units inside and out.
Their install team was great, explained everything as I spent the day "looking over their shoulder". New system is way more efficient. And, they came back and addressed some duct issues that THEY felt were important to upgrade..no cost.
I can't recommend them enough. Totally satisfied.

I've had HVAC trouble since I moved in to my house in 2013, even after getting a brand new HVAC. The companies I hired installed equipment With inevitable manufacturing defects, and they installed it poorly (poor circulation, under-spec'd, frequent repairs needed) and explained nothing to me, taking advantage of my lack of knowledge with HVAC. No love, no care.

Chris, the owner of Love and Care Heating and Air, showed me exactly the problems with my system, shared consumer reports on HVAC brand quality and efficiency, diagramed an HVAC solution to remedy the problem, and provided honest recommendations for my options.

The following week, his team installed the entire system in two mornings with minimal disruption to my homelife routine. Very polite and professional staff. My home cools extremely efficiently now. Never in the entire time I've been here has the HVAC system worked so well. County inspectors inspected the install and had no findings.

So glad we chose Love and Care Heating and Air for the service we needed. They are a local business, and they live in the area. I basically had my entire heating and air conditioning system replaced. The house and the old HVAC system is 17 years old. We have a two-story house at about 2600 sq ft. It had an old cheap, dual system. Meaning it would heat the upstairs, then switch to heat the downstairs using two thermostats. The heating was better than the air conditioning. It took forever to cool the home during 100-degree weather, and it tool a lot of money to do this.
The process of meeting with the Love and Care team and discussing our needs was fantastic. Christopher, the owner/senior technician and Derek reviewed our options. They listened to what we were hoping for, and in a step by step process; guided us to make our own decision. They had some very good printed aides that gave us the time to review our options. By the way, Christopher is excellent at drawing! You’ll be amazed. They explained the differences in equipment, the efficiency of each unit and how they will function. He allowed us to customize our purchase to matched what we were comfortable to spend on a new system. Yes, it is very true! You get what you pay for!
The installation process was just as described by Christopher. The technicians were prompt, courteous and very proficient. Marshal, Beau, Tyler and Russell(?) treated our home with care. They wore shoe protectors and laid protective drop cloths from the door all the way to the access point in the attic. They had the heater working by the end of the day. It was very toasty, that first night. The next day, they finished the install of the air conditioning unit et al. Note: they had to go through the attic to install the new electrical for the ac. A needed upgrade per codes. They finished in the afternoon. Excellent job, the guys were great!
I must say, the technicians were very helpful in making the necessary decisions to get the install correct for our home. They were very helpful in the placement of the new thermostat that replaced the two old ones. They answered every question we had about how to take care of the equipment, and concerns about location and placement of the new equipment. They also installed dampers to redirect the air flow to make our home more comfortable.
Finally, the equipment we chose includes 4 service visits. These will occur pre-summer and pre-winter, to check on the system and make sure it is working correctly. We will partake in the Love and Care Maintenance Program to make sure our HVAC stays in top condition for years to come. We are looking forward to a long relationship with this local company.

Woke up to no heat. Took a look at a few HVAC places and decided to call Love & Care. Chase (the technician) came in and thoroughly inspected my system. Not only was he professional, his customer service was top notch. I will not call any other company to take a look at my heating and air. Thank you for taking care of my family!

Chris came out and gave a very detailed drawing and step by step description of what needed to be done to upgrade our hvac system. Next day the crew came out and started. The crew started next day. A very courteous and clean crew. They cleaned up after the install very professionally. They also installed a whole house fan. After the install Jose walked us through the install and how to use the new thermostat. Left no stone unturned. I really appreciated Chris' drawing and patiently answering all of our questions about our hvac system. They also placed the system in a place where maintenance is more accessible. The owner Chris came to our house for a free estimate and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation technicians were also very professional and friendly as well and was able to finish the installation in a timely manner. Highly recommended.
