The entire Love and Care experience was amazing from start to finish. We purchased a home last Fall with 20 year old A/C systems that passed the home inspection but failed to keep up with the first spring heatwave. We received multiple quotes and the proposal from Love and Care was by far the most complete and informative. Chris took the time to understand our needs, explain options and answer our questions. They promptly scheduled and completed the work while accommodating our timing requirements. The installation crew - Marshall, Lucas and Tyler were awesome! They performed a high quality installation, made sure everything was cleaned up, communicated frequently, were extremely professional and courteous and maintained safe Covid-19 related protocols. When contacted for subsequent questions and adjustments, Love and Care responded immediately. We highly recommend these guys - they live up to their name!

What a fantastic group of people! My AC broke on a Friday night, so I sent a message out to a few HVAC companies on Yelp, and Love and Care responded overnight, and came out the next day to take a look. Nick was thorough, and covered all my options including repair or replacement (and replacement with different options), and ran through the cost with me. They also have very reasonable financing options. Nick had the time and patience it took to discuss and make sure I understood everything and knew what my options were. I ultimately decided on replacing my HVAC unit. Nick even dropped off a portable AC unit while we were waiting for it to get replaced! I was really appreciative!

Come the day of the installation, Colton, Mike and Sebastian were on my team. They were courteous and kept the place extremely clean (and very patient with my crazy barking dogs). The installation took two days, and I really liked the professionalism of everyone on the team.

A few days later, there were a few minor issues with the AC, and Nick came out literally the following AM before I had to go to work, and fixed it immediately. He was responsive and easy to reach.

I'm really looking forward to continue working with them. The customer service and professionalism are top notch.

Love and Care Heating and Air LLC came and were not only able to give us a quote that beat many of the "bigger" competition but they also gave us an extra year of warranty and installed us in the middle of 3-digit heat spell three days after coming on site. They were absolutely phenomenal. I have recommended them to our neighbors, family, friends and our realtor is now recommending them to all of her clients as well. We were completely pleased with how they treated us and we trusted them throughout the entire process.

I had a older system, from the late 1990s, and I was worried about it making it through another summer. I had Love and Care out to fix issues on my aging system before I decided to get it replaced and I have also been happy with their service. I called them up and spoke with Mark about my situation and he agreed to come out and give me a quote. Mark came out and inspected my system, took pictures and walked me through what he was seeing from a technical aspect about my system. I have never had a trades company be so transparent about the condition of my system and take the time to explain the current condition and what I could experience in the future. I didn't feel pressured to get a new system, Mark armed me with the information to make an informed decision on getting a new system. Now I had to decide which system to go with, Mark again armed me with the information to make an informed decision. He described the difference between systems that use aluminum and copper coils and why it made a difference. I picked out the system and we set a date for install.

The day came for the install and Mark was there with the crew in the morning and made sure the install crew understood what I was getting and had the correct system. Mike, Jason and Noah made up the crew and my experience with them was just as good as it was with Mark! I watched them work a little and talked to them about my old system, the new system and how the install was going to progress. I came to find out that my house was built at a time when the air intake and return ducts did not match with the ones on the new units so a transfer box was needed. Luckily for me my older system also needed one so they would just reuse that box. Well so we all thought.... When they got the old unit removed it became evident that the transfer box I had was substandard. The openings for the air to move from the HVAC unit into the ducts in my house were tiny, looked like the equivalent of me breathing through a straw. I wouldn't have know as I wasn't around when they figured this out. Now some companies would not say anything and just hook up the new system to that substandard transfer box with me none the wiser. It would save them money on the job and keep margins up. BUT.... that's not what Love and Care did, they brought the issue to my attention and told me they would rip out the current transfer box and build a brand new one with properly sized openings for the right airflow. This is important because having the smaller sized openings makes the system work harder and therefore not last as long. Well they finished the install of the system, installed my new thermostat and tested it out. Wouldn't you know that the air flow coming out of the vents was a lot stronger due to the new transfer box!

Love and Care Heating and Air is a great company with people who care about customer service and doing a quality job! They care about making sure their customers understand what is going on and providing information so the customer knows what they are getting and why. Make sure that anytime you need HVAC work done call Love and Care and ask for Mark! Their prices are competitive and more importantly they will treat you right and do a professional quality job that will give you peace of mind!

This company does a great job, and the people are nice as well. They found a good fit for my needs.

HVAC unit replacement: Replacement of 2 roof mount units including new thermostats and duct repairs at our church. Very professional and courteous interaction and service. Less than 2 weeks from receiving the estimate to the finished Installation. The actual job was completed in 1 day. Installation crew cleaned up before they left. They gave a thorough explanation and where very responsive to follow up questions. I am switching my home HVAC service program to Love and Care Heating and Air.

We had a great experience with Love & Care Heating & Air. We had our 23 year old HVAC system replaced and also had a whole house fan installed. Derek came out to our home and explained everything that we would need and the crew that came out and installed everything did a fantastic job, Mike K, Marshal, Tyler, Zak and Jasmine. We highly recommend them.

I would recommend this company to anybody, Mark stood behind everything he said and did their work was very professional and very high quality.

Bless you, LOVE and CARE HEATING and AIR. While temps outside are headed to 110 degrees my 2 story house is 72 degrees. It would even be cooler if I lowered the thermostat. I had my very old non-efficient system replaced in March or in the nick of time as it is very hot out there. Chris was amazing as he looked over my old system and came up with a much better one so that my Master bedroom would finally be cool. The old system was horrible and had never cooled the Master bedroom leaving us sleeping in the kid's room for most of the summers before. I had done my homework prior to ever interviewing any air conditioning company so felt pretty confident choosing them after all 5 interviews were done. Love and Care Heating and Air won out because of their approach and knowledge of my ailing and somewhat dangerous system. They showed up as promised with a complete and impressive crew. Marshal and Jeff earned my trust and kept me informed at all times. They took pictures as I requested and Jose and Tyler went above my expectations. I have now had this system working flawlessly since March and couldn't be happier. I had an opportunity to call them in May over a minor issue and they came right out, address the problem and coming up with a wonderful solution. They are a amazing company. LOVE and CARE HEATING and AIR is the best company in Northern California.
