We have been very pleased with Love and Care Heating and Air. They installed a new TRAIN HVAC system in May of 2021. From the get go, they were very responsive to all our questions, requests and went over and above to provide a great experience while communicating all the steps and details of our job. My wife was very concerned about creating a mess of the house during the installation. Our HVAC equipment is located in the attic, and is accessed from inside the house. Love and Care, laid down tarps from the front door all the way to the Attic access. They wore booties over their street shoes to further protect the floors.
Excellent workmanship, never missed a day from start to finish, clean, polite and very knowledgeable technicians.
They completed their work as promised in every way. I would highly recommend Love and Care Heating and Air.

Our air conditioner broke down in August. During high heat temps. I called, they scheduled me quickly. EVERYONE I talked to was amazing to work with. There was no pressure put on me to purchase with them. They gave me all the info necessary plus some, to make sure we could make a well informed decision. Purchasing a brand new unit from them was the best thing I did. They were on time, courteous of me, my time and my home during these crazy times. Yesterday with these high winds my thermostat went out. Again, I called they scheduled me right away and in less than 24 hours our thermostat was working again. It was a simple reset and next time I will know what to do. Chase is who I had the pleasure of meeting today. Thanks again Chase & Love and Care Heating & Air!!! Your name says it all. :)

We had Chris give us a second opinion about our heater and he did a very thorough job. We got the best price in town and a great unit. The guys that came to install were wearing gloves, masks and booties to keep my carpets clean and to protect us in light of this VIRUS. They put up plastic and were very courteous. They worked diligently and cleaned up every spec of dust when they were done. We are very pleased we with the quality of equipment and their honesty and integrity. We would highly recommend Love & Care Heating and Air Conditioning. We have had at least 3 other companies service our system in the past. These guys are the best! Look no further, hire them!

The crew at Love and Care are professional, knowledge and are reasonably priced.

They came out promptly and not only found the issue quickly, they took a video in my attic of the issues I was dealing with. The tech came down and showed me the video snd explained what they would need to do to fix the issue. He also explained how the entire system runs. They did not try to oversell me with doing unnecessary stuff but fixed the issue promptly.

I highly recommend Love and Care and will not only use them in the future but will refer all my friends and family as well.

The rep Mark Shaw was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained to me in details the difference between my old unit and the new unit. I am so happy that I got the new unit installed if I continued to run my old unit something bad could of happened to my home. The installers were awesome as well - very efficient - great job!!!

When our heat went out, I contacted Love and Care. Chris came out that evening (Friday) and inspected our system. He took photos and videos (marked with the date to verify) and was honest regarding what needed to be done, as well as our options. He was very thorough and made sure we understood exactly what was going on and any issues we were concerned about. We needed to have everything replaced (almost 20 year old house) and the crew came out the next day (Saturday) to get started. They were very accommodating with my in home business, efficient, and consistently updated us during the entire process. We will definitely be recommending their services. Love and Care Heating and Air has been the most amazing company to work with. I have worked with Chris for almost 11 years on several different projects. This first time I used him he did a new install for an addition to our home in 2007. The entire project went smooth with no complaints. We have used Chris for all of our service needs ever since. 3 houses and 11 years later - he is still my "go-to" guy. He is very knowledgeable and able to pinpoint the issue almost immediately. We have always been treated with great respect and professionalism. I highly recommend Love and Care for any and all of your HVAC needs. You will not be disappointed.

These guys are amazing! Chris came and explained so much about how the system works and what was best for our house. My kids are now best friends with Jose and Marshal.... they came and replaced our entire HVAC and the kids thought it was so cool to watch what they were doing. These guys took such great care of our house and took the time to make everything look nice. I love Love and Care Heating and Air and would recommend them to anyone 100%!

So of course as soon as a heatwave hit, my AC sat there like a stone in the yard. I have three children at home, and being without air in a 90 degree weather is not an option. I called Love and Care and quickly found out that they are hands down the most professional and reliable HVAC company I have ever dealt with. They scheduled us quickly and showed compassion for the situation I was in.

Derek was our technician and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve it in the most cost effective way possible. I was impressed that there was no oversell, no attempt to try to get me to do more than what was necessary to get my unit fixed. Derek's integrity and the way he treated myself and our home with respect was very much appreciated.
