He was very professional and thorough with his assessment of our HVAC unit. As well, we discussed several options to consider as we start our near-term house remodel and expansion plans.

We have used Park Mechanical (now Gallagher's) for the past 8 years. They did a cut-in/install for our HVAC system in July 2012. We have had them come out and service the heating and AC unit every year. Every single technician that has come to our house has been on time, professional and friendly. We highly recommend them!

To reply in my review. Yes. The technician (who's name I don't remember) moved heaven and earth to get the part delivered next day so he could fix my furnace they day before Thanksgiving. His original estimate was the Monday after Thanksgiving, but I was HOSTING Thanksgiving and my house was 50 something degrees!

He worked tirelessly to find the part locally and was back at my house the next morning, part in hand and my house warmed up to comfortable, and Thanksgiving was saved!

Technician Steve was extremely thorough and spent a good deal of time to show me his concerns about my two hvac units. That said, every time Park comes out for a "complimentary inspection", every time, 100% of the time, they find an issue that requires a repair. Too predictable... their drive to a sale.

The office called 30 mins before to advise me, John was on his way. He arrived and first showed me the areas of work he would be doing. He was efficient and thorough in cleaning and tuning up my Park Mechanical installed HVAC.
After, John reviewed what he had done and the system's improved performance.

Our Air conditioner was not operating during the 105 - 106 degree heat. My husband is a senior in poor health, so the heat was a problem. We contacted Park, and I must say they were quick to respond and schedule us for the next day. The tech was polite, and determined that Freon was needed, however he did not have freon of any kind on his truck. but he indicated they had it in the shop and he would call and come back the next day with the Freon. We never heard from Park again. The rate quoted for the freon was very high, and the service call was also high. We have had to contact another HVAC contractor who has the needed freon and charges less for the service call. I don't understand why an air conditioning repair company doesn't have freon on their truck - isn't that one of the required items for cooling? At this point we are out $129 and our AC is not working. I would AVOID Park Mechanical.

I was skeptical at first after being offered a free plumbing inspection in exchange for canned goods for the food bank but when my technician Charles arrived, I was immediately put at ease. Charles was professional, personable and polite. There was no sales pitch and he didn't mind that I followed him around as he conducted the inspection. Charles explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Park mechanical to family and friends.

Very satisfied with this company. I am the type that wants to know everything that’s is happening and Huck was so patient, he explained everything he was doing as he went along. Both Huck and Greg were friendly and professional. I will definitely use this company again Based on my service I received and the outstanding employees that made a positive impact.

I was very impressed by the quality of the job when my hot water heater was replaced. It was a very old unit, and it was in a narrow closet in the hallway between two bedrooms. Extensive work had to be done to bring it up to code. I was impressed with professionalism and skill of the installer. I would highly recommend this company again!
