    Ryan was on time, courteous and very thorough during the AC maintenance service. He also showed us a comparison of our current starter that came with the unit and an upgraded one. Based on the findings, we decided to upgrade in order to ensure that our current system will have the best chance at lasting longer. There was no pressure to buy, just information so that we could make an informed decision. We were very happy with the service.

    Our experience with this company (they installed new AC unit about a year ago and came to do maintenance today) has been nothing short of awesome! From the customer service to speedy and thorough work of the technicians, it’s all been a great experience. And not to mention, after saving for several months to get this new AC, it runs like a champ and worth every penny. We highly recommend Gallagher’s!

    We had a new HVAC system installed by Gallagher’s last October. The scheduling, financial planning and installation all went great and everyone was really friendly. When we had our inspection done to obtain the final permit, there was one minor correction that needed to be made. The inspector told me that Gallagher’s would be calling to set up an appointment to make that correction and then he would be back out after to finalize everything. I waited a week and hadn’t received any calls from Gallagher’s , so I text the man we purchased the system from to inquire and make sure I got the information correct from the inspector because I hadn’t heard anything. He let me know he would get in touch with the office for them to call me to set up an appointment. A few more weeks passed and I still hadn’t heard anything, so I just called the office myself. I was transferred to the voicemail of someone that could assist in setting up an appointment and left my call back information. A month later, and still no call back so I called back again. I explained the situation to the receptionist and I believe she transferred me over to the manager. I again explained the situation and what I needed to have done and he told me that I would be receiving a call the next day to get something scheduled. A week later, my husband received the call and we scheduled for someone to come out the next day. The fix took 15 minutes but it took almost 3 months to make it happen, which is disappointing. Our system works great and everyone that we spoke to and worked with were very friendly, which is wonderful but I shouldn’t have had to call as many times as I did and wait for as long as we did to get a 15 minute fix completed. I believe my experience shows that there is an improvement opportunity in regards to customer service.

    John Hudson did our inspection and service. He is an excellent technician and ultimate professional. He was efficient, conscientious, and overall what I want in a professional. He inspected my equipment and took pictures so I would see and understand. He came back to do a thorough cleaning and it was an excellent outcome. Would recommend John and his company to anyone looking for
    heating and air technician.

    The technician arrived promptly. They were friendly and very professional. The inspection was thorough and detailed information was provided. Some concerns arose with my unit, so the technician shared the concerns but did not try to force a sale out of me. They set up a conversational meeting so I could get more details about the issues and some options for repair or replacement, strongly prefacing that it would not be a sales pitch.
    I was happy with the service, time to complete the service and the customer care taken during my appointment.

He does an excellent job of explaining the work he is doing and the recommendations he gives for extending the life of our unit.     Our technician, Steve was very kind, informative and helpful. He did routine maintenance on our AC unit and did a thorough cleaning and explanation of issues found. He was not pushy about selling anything to us. He’s kind and very personable. Would definitely recommend and will continue to us Gallagher’s for our heating and AC needs

    I went with this company based on the good reviews they got on this site but I would say Using them was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. I recently paid 18k for a new heating and AC System and had them updated the insulation in my roof as well. I will just highlight the major problems without boring everyone.

    1. Once they get your money they could care less if your system is working or not. Their install rep Morgan is so stuck up that even if you called, left messages, and emailed she wouldn’t respond. Our system broke 1 week after installation and I had to chase after her down like she was some celebrity and when I finally got ahold of her, her response was “I saw your call and your emails but my lunch and meeting are way more important than responding.”

    2. Poor workmanship the insulation was not even filled to the top like it was suppose to. Since they ran out of materials on the day of instillation they just left it 3/4 of the way full. If I the AC didn’t brake and another inspection was not done we would have no idea that the insulation was not completed. They would had just left it that way. The duck work and sealing were not competed either.

    3. Poor management. After receiving such poor service, trying to get them out there to finish filling up the insulation and duct work was a struggles as well. No one followed up on the work that needed to be done and appointments would be cancel over and over. The mangers would say they would follow up but they never do. Even when after talking to their owner he didn’t even give a proper apology I never got one for that stuck up install rep Morgan as well.

    So based on experience I would never ever use this company again. Not only did that cause me a world of stress but also jeopardise my family health as well. The install process from start to finish took about 2 months. Who knows how long it would have take if I wasn’t proactive.
