    They didn't do the complete service they were supposed to provide for the hvac service maintenance ad they had and it wasn't worth the 79 dollars we paid. And now they won't stop calling us. STOP CALLING, when someone asks nicely, the first time, please stop, the 2nd time is beginning harassment, and the 3rd time, is now harassment!

    I rarely write reviews, but this company experience was highly disappointing. We had paid monthly to be a part of Gallagher's "Shamrock Plus Club membership" which is supposed to give you "Ultimate Priority Status" for repairs, per their website. PLEASE, DON'T WASTE MONEY ON THIS PLAN!!!

    We had scheduled a repair for a Friday afternoon, and I postponed a trip to Lassen to be there for the technician. Gallagher's called us the night before to confirm that they would be there, and then I called them Friday morning to confirm that someone was still coming. Their staff said everything looked great and someone would be there after lunch. At about 3pm I called them to make sure someone was still coming, and the staff member (Naomi?) said "Ohhh, it looks like we have you scheduled but a tech isn't assigned to this job". She apologized, and said it was because my family had set another appointment scheduled for next week at the same time. (None of this was brought up the night before when they called us to confirm that they were coming, or when I called them to make sure they would be there!!). Gallagher's staff did nothing but say "I'm sorry, do you still want to keep your appointment next week?", and my family postponed a trip to sit at a house and wait for no one to show up, after they called us to confirm someone would be there, and we called them twice to confirm. This is all after paying to be part of their "Shamrock Plus Club".

    Please save your money, and don't waste it on this Shamrock Club membership. It had zero value when it was time for the company to act on it. It's easy for A/C companies to treat customers poorly when things are busy and everyone needs A/C work, but I learned my lesson with Gallagher's. They had my family in a position where we had no other choice at this point, and took advantage of it. It was amazingly disappointing for me, and the rest of my family.

    ****Yes, it's under my Mother's name. We were getting her house ready to sell. I spoke with her and she doesn't want to deal with this any further. Thank you, but I think our family wants to close the book on this one.****

    The tech,I’ve Justin, was very qualified and efficient. He was also very easy to talk to based on what he told me about Park mechanical (also their parent company up in Reading area) was very reassuring for who I want to use in the future! Their values (that he had on his right shoulder-patch) showed that they would be good (and honest) contractors. I got a spring AC inspection of17 items in 11 categories that concluded I did not have to do anything now, but will have to re-evaluate my system next year when EPA outlaws sale of any new R22 a/c fluid.
    And these companies do all this during the food bank drive for 5 cans of food donation! Quite a bargain!

    Kevin Brown performed a Tune-up on our furnace. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He also replaced our air filter and walked us through what he did and potential issues we could face in the future without being “sales-y.” I would highly recommend this company.

    Had a couple other companies come out to checkout our furnace and condenser unit. One company never got back to us with a quote and the other was good but not as helpful as Gallagher’s. Our technicians name was Thomas Cooper and he went above and beyond with excellent customer service! He explained everything to a tee and told us about all of the Pistons Gallagher’s offered. He asked me to rate his service from 1-5 and I gave him a 10!

    Must be a big company...felt a little lost in their operations. The first install crew was the best service we had, but company switched up the people on the last day, so I was not overall very happy with the handling of the order. The end was rushed and not the best quality. No one really checked that we were happy with the services other than offering for us to leave this review. Size of the job and respect we gave to them was not valued or returned.

    Great experience! Kris was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and informative. He spent a great deal of time explaining everything and covered it in terms that I understood and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him for any of your HVAC needs. Park Mechanical has great people working for them.

    The old owners did not replace the AC stand and the ducks in the new system were old and was leaking onto the roof. They finished the job within two days and did a good job. Price was reasonable. They didn’t not need to use a crane which saved us almost 1,000.

    Shawn, the technician who came out today to do the monthly service was very nice and polite. He gave me a recommendation for my furnace and heat pump. I was very pleased with his work. Great job!

    Tech Mike was amazing! He figured out the very bizarre problem with our heater then took care of everything. He provided lots of great info - so gracious! Highly recommend the company...
