    Gallagher's offers no nonsense super friendly service. Kevin did an amazing job inspecting my aging HVAC system at our house (15 year old components) and let us know exactly what's in good order and what's looking like it's nearing end of life. Not only that, but without pushing any sale, he answered all of my questions and I asked for a follow up, which was done the next day with another advisor to help develop our next generation HVAC system at our house. There was no ask to commit to anything, just suggestions on how things can be improved and save money in the long run (energy efficiency has come a long way in 15 years). I highly recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs!

    Jason Walker our Sales Rep. came over today and gave us a few options. He took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. It was one of the greatest Sales presentation I have experienced. There was no high pressure sales or making us feel like we needed the most expensive system. He assessed everything and took into consideration that we have Solar on our house and helped us make an educated decision.

    Gabriel was my technition today and he did a great job from professionally introducing himself to keeping my house clean by wearing booties on his shoes.

    Gabriel took the time to explain to me how my system was losing efficiency as well as different solutions to boost efficiency. I was open to this because I could see how dirty my coils are and I have never had them cleaned. Also, Gabriel didn't try for the slimy sales tactics I have been exposed to in the past by other AC companies.

    Gabriel is coming back in a few months to perform the cleaning, I will be present to see how he does it and will update my review to let you guys know how things are looking at that point .As of right now I'm giving both Gabriel and Park Mechanical a 5 out if 5.

    Raul was very professional and amiable. He did an extensive service far beyond any other company that I have used. A little more expensive than others but you get what you pay for. Company here in Sacramento is 108 years. That says a lot about the company.

    Each of the Park Mechanical employees that I've spoke with have been very pleasant. I first contacted them for plumbing services when I had an extremely clogged sink. Which they fixed and also installed a new faucet at my request. The technician sold me on their membership deal and the furnace inspection.

    The HVAC technician came out and as I expected, found some problem areas with my furnace. I knew already that it was old and struggling, so had agreed to let them replace it. When the salesman came out, I stressed to him wanting a new quieter unit and he confirmed that it will definitely be quieter. One thing I didn't expect is to be sold a new AC but was told that they (AC&furnace) work together.

    Installation day; 3 technicians arrived promptly, and all put on their booties. Then laid down canvas to protect the carpet. So far so good. Several hours later and almost done. The technicians did a test run to make sure both furnace and AC functioned properly. It was at this time I noticed how loud the blower was. I thought that it would subside for some reason, or, I would get used to it. Well 3 months later neither has happened. They were supposed to come back and switch out a breaker(???), at which time I would question the loudness. Never heard from them again.

    On the install day of the HVAC, another PM employee was at my home doing an inspection of my water heater & dishwasher, and we agreed to have some work done. He wrote up the invoice and I paid him a $69 deposit. Never heard back from him either, or anyone from PM about that job. I did get a call from someone telling me that my membership fees were behind, but that was because the guy who came to fix my sink failed to write down my bank numbers correctly for auto-pay. So I paid 2 months in order to be current. After another 2 months go by and still not hearing regarding the breaker, water heater or dishwasher, it was time to cancel with them which I did in writing, AND, asked for my $69 deposit back. Again, nothing. Except a letter from them informing me once again that my membership fees were late. LOL!

    It seems to me that they're taking on more than they can handle. I just chalked it up to another money-hungry company!

    Park Mechanical was refreshingly different from other air conditioning companies we have used before! I had nevered heard of trading three cans of food for the food bank for a free AC assessment, but Nick assured me it was no joke. When Brandon Z came to look at the AC, he not only listened to my novice questions but he helped narrow down the potential problems to our system. My only issue was the picture of the technician that they sent in advance of the appointment did not match the technician who showed up. It worked out anyway because the customer service was fantastic all around!

    Amar was great! On time and very knowledgeable. Pointed out a problem with the return air ducting. The original installer either cut corners or did not know what they were doing and put in too small return ducting causing stress on the furnace and causing it to wear out early. There have been many inspections on this furnace over the years and no one ever pointed that issue out so it could have been corrected early on. Very happy with the service.

    Waited 7 months for a tech to come out for a repair yesterday. Now today the air conditioner stopped working and this is a new unit that is less than a year old. Spoke with Jessie at 9:45 pm and he said no tech can make it out until then next day, so much for not having an emergency tech on call. I do not recommend this company to anyone and wish I spent my money with a different company. 30 thousand for a new heating, air unit with new ducts and this is the service they give.

    Amer not only serviced my unit, he walked me the the steps to set up my Nest system.
    He clearly explained what needed to be done on my unit and showed me photographic evidence of aging parts. Very professional, informative, and helpful.
