Park Mechanical did a great job servicing and troubleshooting our air conditioning problem. The office communicated very well with us about the appointment, and the time the technician would arrive. The technician was courteous and respectful of our home and our time. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave us straightforward clear explanation of the problem we have with our system. He let us know our options for repair or replacement. I would definitely use Park Mechanical again and highly recommend their services.

I took advantage of their donate 5 cans and we’ll check your heater for $29 offer. The guy that came was very professional and thorough. He spent a long time cleaning out my heater and checking it to make sure everything was running properly. He also checked my ac unit and let me know which parts probably should be replaced soon to maintain the longevity of my unit. He explained what he was looking for when he was examining it and things to watch out for so that everything runs nicely. He even took care to wear boot covers in the house so not dirty my floors. Would definitely go to this company again in the future for my HVAC needs.

I am so blown away by the great service I got today! STEVE NEVAREZ, Senior Technician was such a big help to me. He assisted me with my 26 year old A/C unit, he explained everything in great detail and used terms that I could understand and importantly he didn't even mind my recording the appointment so that I might refer back to the details (in case of brain fade😉), he also changed my air filter, then he even offered to take out the trash! He was amazing! When he determined what the problem was he then made arrangements for AARON WARREN, Comfort Advisor to come to my house that same afternoon, AARON went over all my options making it easy for me to understand, unfortunately I needed to replace my entire unit, it's old and outdated and some parts are hard to find, after weighing out all my options the best solution was to replace it, today is Tuesday and the new unit will be here as soon as Thursday so excited! As he was leaving he asked if there was anything I need help with, both of these representatives were absolutely great! You just don't see this kind of old fashioned customer service anymore, it's so nice to that it still exist, thank you gentlemen.... P.S. they both smelled good wearing quality cologne 😊

Their dedicated to the community caught my attention, and their great service and employees won my business. They were collecting food for local food banks and offering tune ups. I was impressed that they would choose to give back to the community through their business.

Eventually our system needed replacement (it was several decades old), and they were great. They really wanted us to have the best system for our house. They didn't try to pressure us into more than we needed, and they made sure we fully understood everything before we made a decision.

When it came time for all the work, they made sure there was a minimal impact on the house. They took the time to cover and protect everything before they started and were careful to remove every trace. Everything is inspected by a third party to ensure quality work, and code compliance.

Highly recommend for just a tune up or a full system upgrade!

Wayne and Matt were the two service pros who came out and they were awesome! They arrived promptly at 8 a.m. and - as they projected - finished the install a little before 3 p.m. Both gentlemen were courteous, conscientious and friendly. They were very thorough in their work and in answering any questions I had. Awesome job guys and thanks again!

Raul came out yesterday to perform our annual maintenance service. He was very personable and professional; and did a very thorough inspection on f our HVAC system while also taking the time to explain in detail the services he performed. Well done!

Benjamin did a thorough job looking at my system. He gave an easy to understand explanation of what my system needs to have done. Being that the system is almost 20 years old, I asked what a new system would cost, so he set me up with an appointment to get an estimate. That way I can compare costs and make a better decision. I appreciate the honesty in dealing with me.

Our technician was Thomas. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. After the inspection he explained everything clearly and with pictures. He was also kind enough to patiently repeat everything for my husband who was not available for the initial explanation. He wore all the proper safety gear to protect us and himself. It was a great experience!

Would have given five stars, except I asked the gentleman to be careful with the rain gutter on our house. They are customized rain gutters. He put the ladder against the rain gutter to get up on the roof. I did not like that. I hope my rain gutter is not dented. I will have to check that tomorrow. The employee was very friendly, very professional and very courteous. He took all safety precautions in watching for our health.

I'm very pleased with the service I've received from Gallaghers. They even returned the next day after my AC was behaving strangely over night and fixed the issue that happen to be with the thermostat settings. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and communicated clearly, explaining what was going on in a way I could easily understand. I have no hesitation calling upon them again.
