My partner and I had been asking around for weeks getting quotes for a small AC system from a bunch of the mainstream companies. Every person that came out felt very fake and it felt like they were trying to sell us an overpriced system that was more than what we needed for our small house. From the second we spoke to the technician from Gallagher's, he was extremely personable and helped us navigate the entire experience with little stress or worry. Everything was transparent and there was no hidden costs or fees. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and down to earth personality that everyone at Gallagher's had. They cleaned up after themselves and did an extremely good job putting in the system and mounting it to the walls. We are overjoyed with our new AC system and thanks to Gallagher's we will be staying cool this summer. I fully trust this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating and air. I called on the first hottest Saturday of the year (108 degrees!) and received an appointment for the same day. Ryan, Senior Tech, arrived during the timeframe promised and quickly got to work to diagnose the issue. He provided a comprehensive explanation and made repairs. Ryan presented us with 3 options to consider going forward. I would definitely recommend Gallagher's Heat and Air.

The main thing of their service was they care about elderly people they give you a good vibe more important they are professional. They don’t take advantage and sell you something you don’t need this. Saved us a lot of money, especially when they know we are sick. Chris did a great job handling every aspect of tuneup and maintenance for my aging AC system. His work performance was efficient and effective. Delivering strong performance with a seasoned professional like Chris, makes Gallagher plumbing, heating and air a solid company to do business with.

Every staff member associated with Gallagher’s were all wonderful and extremely professional and helpful. We had to replace our 17 year old unit and each step was quick and fairly painless. Highly recommend working with this company.

The technician that came out was absolutely fabulous. However, the business called the wrong number twice, and they have come out three different times for errors on their part to fix our brand new unit.

Just had Sean Morgan from Gallagher's out... man did I learn a thing or two. The level of professionalism and knowledge base from Sean was amazing. Willing to answer any and all questions while performing an extremely thorough service. I wish all technicians could share the passion for performing their craft with the same level of skill. After seeing the care he took I don't know how you could want anyone else out here working on your HVAC.

Andrew was so professional and thorough. He did excellent work. I really liked this business and I will continue to use them to inspect and maintain my new AC system.
